Avoid avoid avoid. I received shoes I ordered, my usual size 40. They are so small they are definitely not a standard EU size 40. There is no clear option for returns. They only do free returns in Spain. When I checked to see how much it would cost to return them from Ireland it's €35!!!!! I am actually so upset right now. In this day and age to not provide at least some cost effective form of returns for your customer is crazy. I will never shop here again. Now I'm left with shoes I can never wear that I spent €100 I'm really gutted

If your are not based in Spain avoid…
If your are not based in Spain avoid this brand!! Terrible client service, they make it very difficult to send back clothes that don't fit. I managed after a few emails with their client service to get the information for the return but although we have the confirmation from the Spanish post office that the package was delivered they refuse to reimburse the items claiming not having the package.
