The worst quality I’ve ever seen.
I ordered a bridesmaid dress for my friend’s wedding because it looked so beautiful in the pictures (they have gorgeous and inspiring pictures on the website and Pinterest), but what arrived was something that could have been straight Temu. It was the wrong color (a watered down Bordeaux instead of eggplant), it had a coarse/not straight finish on the seams, and the most disgusting flimsy, clingy plastic fabric I have ever touched. Any high street fast fashion store in my country does it better. This was like a cheap costume from a halloween store. And to make matters worse, I had to pay a ridiculously high return fee of 18 euros to ship the thing back. I should have been compensated instead. Don’t trust the pretty pictures. NEVER AGAIN.

It is a dress that has been quite in demand and we have not received similar comments about it.
Perhaps sometimes, depending on the device we see the image on and the brightness, this can cause it to vary and that is why the dissatisfaction occurred.
Regarding the material of the garment, it is described in the characteristics of the same, like the rest of our website. Whenever you have any questions about it, we will be more than happy to help you and tell you. 🙏️

I have ordered a jumpsuit over 2 months ago and it still did not arrive. After contacting the customer service they informed me that my package is lost and offered me 30% of my money back. Do not order here, it is an absolute scam!!

Website and app down, product sold out
Black Friday Sale. Downloaded the app and made an account for this. Tried buying 1 shirt I liked for a long time, but due to the high shipping cost, I waited. Already trying 45 minutes to buy it, but the app is crashing the whole time. Then to finally reach step 3 in the paying process to see "the item in your shipping cart is sold out". Horrible experience! Don't do sale if your app and website are not capable of hosting that many people on it!
Update: managed to buy it after all. But not a great experience. Hopefully now shipping goes well.

Quality is low, way less than what you may expect from pictures and PRIZE. Not worthy. Watch out for the return expenses, I didn’t realize I was going to pay 12 euros for a return (two shirts).

I find sizing a bit difficult and the quality of the materials is not really meeting the price level. Returns are expensive even within Europe. The status of availability is not always correct and the items look definitely better on the pictures. All in all Ok experience.

Finding the perfect dress to my mom
I'm getting married soon and we had still no dress to my mom. I found Polin et moi website and I loved their dresses. I was a bit concerned about buying without seeing the dress in person and the fitting but I could not be more satisfied. The dress is exactly what was I was expecting and the shipping was so easy. I'm from Portugal and the dress arrived 3 days later. I had the best experience buying from Poli et moi website.

The purchase was successful and the products arrived within the estimated delivery time.
The only thing I can mention as negative is that the dress had no inner lining.
This is the only fact that made it seem overpriced.
The fabric is very nice and smooth but I expected it to be sewn the old-fashioned way.

There are words to describe how helpful and kind all personel has treated me as a customer. Magical fabrics, lines that flatter every body type. After 5 payment reminders I still haven't received my money back.I returned two dresses that were too big from Belgium.They robbed me for 178 euro.According to them, the bank is at fault, but these are all excuses, they have clearly informed me that a refund has never been made. this is the first time ever i've experienced something like this and I'm so disappointed.
