Total fraud company! BitLabs runs a fake survey network embedded in other apps. They waste 40 minutes of your time, steal data, and screen you out at the last second. They are so cowardly that they have intentionally turned off/broken their help desk support portal so users cannot file complaints. Pure scams!

Do not waste your time with BitLabs.ai. They are using fraudulent tactics. I completed a survey through them, and the funds ($1.62) were fully credited and sat safely in my NeoBux balance for 26 whole days! Out of nowhere, after nearly a month of using my data, BitLabs initiated a sudden delayed reversal / chargeback today and wiped it out. To be absolutely clear, this is NOT NeoBux's fault; NeoBux is a great platform, but BitLabs is the fraud company here. They delay the reversal for weeks just so users forget about it, then they unfairly claw back the earnings. Shady and deeply exploitative provider!

A GOOD survey website has always a GOOD helpdesk iff there is a problem!.
Bitlabs HAS nun so conclusion YOU do the time AND they take every click they get where they earn from!.
And the time you on are there website THEY will take yr DATA and sell it online SO BECAREFLE!!!!

This company has the audacity to question my integrity. They act like they are paying 1000 dollars a survey. They are by far the worst company in the survey world and the customer service is non existent. The management should be fired. They so no respect to the people thst fo there surveys and make them money. Unscrupulous lacking in morals is what this company is

I will rate Bitlabs AI zero..such a waste of time and effort. Very frustrating after answering a long survey and only getting 0.01 or .1

I am not a Bot. I take my time doing surveys and use my same personal information all the time and when i click on a survey to do it says " Your Profile matches
Congratulations, you are qualified to start this survey." So i start the survey and complete it. A couple of weeks later i get a reversal. Now this is not a once off. The last 12 surveys i did they said all 12 got reversed. and this message i get comes every week and i do a ton of surveys but from what i am seeing every single one gets reversed.There is not way to contact these people. They have a contact website that you can submit a ticket, Good luck with that. The site has a ton of issues to reach the ticket area even if you sign up and login. I reached out to them a year ago and nothing. They just closed the tickets

I have nothing particularly nice to say about BitLabs because, honestly, I still don’t know what exactly I’m dealing with here. A company? An AI platform? A survey provider? A games portal? A website? Exactly what?

It appears as one of the portals on a survey platform I use, so naturally I click it expecting… something. Instead, I’m either disqualified almost immediately or greeted with “no surveys available.” That’s it. Enter, get rejected, leave. 😂

At this point I genuinely started wondering if I was accessing a survey portal or accidentally clicking on a broken webpage.
Then I went through the reviews and realised I’m apparently not the only person having bizarre experiences with BitLabs. So at least there’s that mystery solved.
Whatever BitLabs is supposed to be doing, it certainly isn’t convincing me that it’s worth my time. I’ve got better things to do than repeatedly enter a portal just to be told there’s nothing there.

Scammers, chargeback more often than not. Avoid

Utterly scam, does not somehow "detect" ineligible users from beginning and charges money back based on superficial grounds. Highly fiskly, avoid at all costs.

Completed Surveys Not Credited & Broken Support Portal (IDs: #429585766, #429507995)
2 surveys completed (~1,550 DK / 1,564 pts).
Status showing "COMPLETED" but reward is not credit.
Their official Zendesk support form is blank/broken and support tickets can not resolve any issues.

bit labs are piece crap aint worth nothing a scam

Since trying offers from last year, I only completed 4 and the points ranged from 1 to 7. Got reversals twice. One was worth 24 points..As a long time survey taker, this is the first time I encountered that. I regret choosing this as it was a waste in general

Scam site, not paying after spent loads of time to complete their survey, simply criminal, no idea why they still there to scam but not send those PIC in jail

Do not use any offer wall / gpt with these people. Their offers will always chargeback your account, often enticing you into spending real money only to get screwed. They intentionally obfuscate how to get help and block you from accessing their offers once you make more than a few bucks.

They're terrible. They hate paying for high-value game offers. They make up excuses not to pay you for high-value offers when you manage to complete them. Be careful. They love to rip people off. If they don't like paying high amounts for offers, I think they should just shut down their business. Horrible.

This platform eat too much money from brand. This owner using it for playing with escort and gambling

No way to contact support page broken for weeks and since the update the surveys experience has been a lot worse they should reverse it
