They're terrible

They're terrible. They hate paying for high-value game offers. They make up excuses not to pay you for high-value offers when you manage to complete them. Be careful. They love to rip people off. If they don't like paying high amounts for offers, I think they should just shut down their business. Horrible.

I had a frustrating experience with…

I had a frustrating experience with Bitslab AI surveys. I was told I qualified for a survey, but then got terminated halfway through after already spending time answering multiple questions. What makes it worse is that some of the questions they ask upfront are the same ones you end up answering again in the actual survey, which feels redundant and pointless.

Even though I answered honestly and made it halfway, I didn’t receive any credit at all after being disqualified. It just felt like a complete waste of time. This kind of system is really discouraging, especially for users who are genuinely trying to participate properly.

I got some nice payment with an app…

I got some nice payment with an app earning app, so I get less but the money was quite nice. Made like 20€-30€. I focus on the 1€ ones in Germany. When I used mobile data, the took out all offers one day and I appealed saying it was only mobile data, then I was free. Maybe I should have waited.
It works great. All criticism is correct though, but not 1 star worth.

It is true that you someyimes get screened out when doing the whole survey and then they ask for age and kick you with barely any reward. They should stop kicking out people for the age as younger people are needy of the survey money and do not get accepted leading to frustration and such.

The profile sometimes kicks me out when I click on a survey before I started.

I sometimes missclick and do wrong answer, I hope they are not to mad about it.

I use Geld verdinen and not their actual side.

Complete scam that waste your time

Don't use this trash. There's no possible way to contact support. Completed a full survey with thorough answers several times and got disqualified. This scam should be taken away and get sued right now.

Besides that, most of their surveys do not work. They give you a bunch of identical surveys with the exact same reward and estimated time of completion.

Unbelievably inconsistent and bad

I would really consider changing how Bitlabs goes about creating their surveys. Some of the survey requirements are absolutely bizarre and hyper-specific, that almost nobody will complete a survey with real answers. I’ve been kicked out of so many surveys, so many times, with truthful answers across many different platforms. It’s so frustrating to have to deal with this. I hope someone sees this and considers my dissatisfaction and disappointment. Do better.

BitLabs? More like ScamLabs

This survey site is awful.
You spend 20-30 minutes trying to find a survey you can fill out and when you finish, you get screened out. This is borderline scamming and the company behind this site should go six feet under. Shame on them

A warning to others about Pollfish and…

A warning to others about Pollfish and their role in enabling users to be denied payment after their survey work has already been monetized.

For over four years, I completed surveys provided by Pollfish through Cointiply. During that entire time, I completed a large number of surveys that were accepted as valid and clearly generated revenue for Pollfish and their partner. My account was always in good standing, and I never received a single warning, restriction, or notice of any problem.

The moment I requested my first cashout, my account was immediately suspended and all of my earnings were withheld. This happened shortly after the withdrawal request. I was accused of violating terms, but no specific violation was identified. No evidence was provided, and no clear explanation was ever given. Appeals resulted only in generic responses with no details.

After researching this issue, it became clear that this is not an isolated case. Many users report the same pattern: they are allowed to complete Pollfish surveys for long periods of time, generating revenue, and then their accounts are suspended the moment they attempt to withdraw their earnings.

Pollfish benefits directly from this setup. They supply surveys, collect user data, and are paid for completed surveys while their partner platform blocks users from receiving payment. Even if Pollfish does not directly control account suspensions, they continue to work with platforms where this behavior is widely reported.

From a user perspective, this feels like exploitation. Time and personal data are taken and monetized, but payment is denied when it is finally requested. Until Pollfish holds its partners accountable and ensures users are actually paid for completed surveys, they should not be trusted as a legitimate survey provider.
