Had my life insurance done today, easy to understand and friendly staff

Brilliant experience

Today I finalised my family protection with life insurance, I currently rent and had assumed I couldn’t get life insurance but now being pregnant I did some research and found I can get life insurance for me and my family. I had work with Kalem Henry from Polly, who was kind, professional and honest with me through every step of the process. He explained his role and how he can advise if I needed him too. He has been professional in every aspect of our calls and helpful with the process. I feel lighter having speaking to him and setting up my plan. Great customer service, a great representative for Polly and very knowledgeable in his field. I highly recommend Polly and Kalem! Thank you again 🤩

Spent a bit of time speaking with Mike McCarthy this morning who talked me through my choices and was very helpful when I was getting a bit confused as all this was brand new to me.
He was very easy to talk to and made sure I understood everything that we were going through. Mike himself gets 5 stars.

The only reason I dropped a star is more how the company constantly called during work hours before today from various numbers despite me telling the first person (someone else) that I work during the hours they were trying. I may recommend putting this on file for people in the future as I know others have also had this issue.

James was amazing and explained everything really well. Was really helpful and easy to talk to. Overall lovely experience and now got what I needed.

I had a lovely conversation with Mike McCarthy, he was knowledgeable and friendly, and made the whole experience very easy. He gave me multiple quote options and talked me through what everything meant, the call was quick and concise and I was insured within 30 minutes. Lovely chap, and efficient service, couldn’t recommend more!

Really great service from Joseph Trupia, He explained everything so well and even doubled checked to see if I understood what he meant, definitely made my experience great!

I was not 100% on how life insurance works but wanted to make sure I had something in place for my 2 young children if anything were to happen to me, Ben Walsh was absolutely fantastic and guided me through everything with care and was really kind about everything and I am a very happy customer with my life insurance now in place to protect my children in the case of the worst!

Lewis Routley was an absolute legend! He was so kind and so easy to talk to. It can be a hard conversation getting life insurance but he made it so easy and we had a really good chat. He couldn’t do enough for me and wanted to make sure I was happy with everything. I would recommend polly life insurance to anyone and that is because of the level of life insurance I was offered but also due to his customer service. He is a credit to the company.

Lewis R was really helpful and informative, it was very clear he knew exactly what he was talking about and helped me where I was stuck. I can genuinely say I had a brilliant experience setting up my cover over the phone with Lewis. He was exceedingly kind, and had a fantastic sense of humor that made what usually feels daunting feel genuinely enjoyable. As someone who works in sales myself, I couldn't ask for better service!

I had a fantastic experience with Martyn Gavin when taking out my life insuranc. He was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and patient throughout the whole process. I had a noisy young child with me, and Martyn was so understanding and accommodating, which made me feel completely at ease.
He was also very flexible when arranging the phone calls to fit around my childcare and schedule, which I really appreciated. He explained everything clearly and in a way that was easy to understand, taking the time to answer all my questions without ever making me feel rushed or pressured.
The whole process was made so simple and straightforward. I would highly recommend Martyn. Thank you.

I originally took out my policy 4 years ago when I was heavily pregnant to cover my girls should anything happen to myself. Today I got a phone call off Mitchell Perkins. He ran through all my policy details and checked everything was as it should be. In additional he explained about critical illness cover which I previously had not added and was not aware of. Mitchell was really helpful with explaining the additional protection this could provide for myself and family should we ever be critical ill. I left the phone call with a new policy and further peace of mind for myself. Thank you again Mitchell. Your customer service was amazing! Highly recommend.
