Fantastic customer service! I emailed a special request to have my order delivered ASAP to meet an urgent deadline. They were able to fabricate and deliver my order within my narrow time frame, and followed up with me several times to ensure I had updates on the expected delivery date!

Awesome company!! They were extremely helpful with advice, polite and accommodating when I called to order picnic tables. Same when I went to pick them up with a not-quite-big-enough trailer. They offered to reconfigure and rewrap the boxes so they fit in the trailer. Above and beyond with customer service both on phone and in person. I would highly recommend this company and I love that they use recycled plastic for materials.

i would recommend Polly Products to absolutely every single person i know!! Their customer service department goes above and beyond to keep you in the loop of every detail of your order and i even heard from three different people via phone calls and emails to ensure i understood where and when my product was and would be arriving to me. My case was a special one that involved a memory bench needed in a very delicate time frame and they went ABOVE and BEYOND to make sure i got it on time for the event i had hoped for even though it was slated to arrive a week later than i really needed it. Not only did it arrive exactly when the tracking said it would, but it arrived in pristine condition and was absolutely stunning - everyone loved it, especially the person whose brother it was in memory of. Thank you Polly Products for providing both an incredible product and an absolutely wonderful service team to work with!! A++++

I ordered a Bench in memory of my daughter and discovered a small error in punctuation. Polly Products customer care made the correction for me without any hassle. A few days later I changed my mind as to the board color and again they made the change for me.
