scam exchange, they froze the wallet of one of my coins in the portfolio, when i asked regarding that i was told that there is some error in the wallet and we are fixing it. I will be informed as soon as the wallet is fixed and then i will be able to withdraw my coins.

this never happened and after a month those coins got delisted from the exchange, and i lost my coins. When i spoke to their customer support regarding this, they just kept copy pasting me same messages over and over again. When i continuously kept asking i was blocked from chat support.
If you can move to another exchange please do so, this is not the first time i am loosing my coins on this exchange.

This platform disabled a crypto wallet. After 10 months they said it will be delisted so we have to withdraw the crypto. 3 months asking the support for withdraw the assets what is impossible because the wallet is disabled. Today it has been delisted and the crypto is lost. 8k lost for me. No support no information. What is incredible is that there are still no legal action against poloniex. sounds crazy and not believable but it is really true. Protect your assets NEVER USE POLONIEX

They refused to allow withdrawal, but thanks to the name mentioned above in the image for making sure all my pending withdrawal were possible

Stay away from these fraudsters! Coming up with excuses after excuses when I tried to withdraw tokens. Latest response below:

Poloniex was a legend in 2017 but its spreads tell you a different story now. I send $6,800 worth of XRP onward, observed Fidexy for a bit, and emerged with $626—insufficient to care about—$9.2% gained for hardly any effort. After one such loop like that, I’m wondering why I ever left sizable balances on Polo.

They stole my RLB coin by not letting me withdraw it. This is one of the worst exchanges. Take your tokens out as soon as possible and put them in Meta Mask or any other self-custody wallets.

i'm just grateful I didnt have to go back to zero after all the years in this space, had multiple issues with my deposits, almost $2500 in total to this site and they had no intentions to resolve it despite me contacting them severally and using all means at my disposal, it got sorted eventually though all thanks to the name on the D P image on my bio

Make it hard in everyway it is possible to recover account but you have to find the right agent that will like to work because most of them don't even bother with you they just don't care

BIG WARNING FOR INVESTORS: POLONIEX REFUSED TO RETURN MY $30,000 USDT, CLAIMING ONLY A SPECIFIC TEAM COULD ACCESS IT BUT REFUSING TO ESCALATE MY CASE. AFTER MONTHS OF NO RESULT, I TURNED TO AN EXTERNAL TEAM.

They froze my account and won’t even let me log in. There was no warning, and I haven’t accessed my account in the last five years, yet now they have blocked it! However, I still receive their promotional emails. I contacted support, but I haven’t received any response. I had several transactions there a few years ago, but now they won’t even let me log in! What is going on? Where can we take legal action against them?

I made the mistake of leaving funds in Poloniex, and now my account has been frozen without warning. I provided funds from a now-defunct exchange, meaning I cannot meet their proof of asset source requirements, which makes recovering my funds impossible.

I have contacted Poloniex support, but they are asking for transaction details that I can no longer retrieve due to the closure of the original exchange. This situation is unfair and unacceptable, as my funds were legally acquired and deposited before my account was frozen.

Poloniex should review their asset verification policies and allow alternative ways to prove fund legitimacy. Otherwise, they are simply seizing customer funds without a clear resolution process. I warn others to avoid leaving assets in Poloniex, as they may freeze your account without viable options for retrieving your money.

They were the best exchange few years ago.
Not anymore. I don't have the energy to write this story now, but anyway, they are now located in Panama.

I trusted and was reasonably content with Poloniex since about 2016. Then Google Authenticator 2FA "lost" my Poloniex account so I could not log in. Now I'm being asked by Poloniex support staff Min Han and Christina He (SE Asia) for proof of ID and transactions way beyond what international banking or border control requires (wife Chinese and UK/Europe border control officer). It's so far taken several days with every excuse being used not to let me in. Former pilot entrusted airside and across borders, but not to Chinese operating from what looks like Singapore. They are causing a lot of distress to a lot of people. And trying to keep me from substantial funds. Wife says many Chinese change minds with changed wind.

What's next? A video of me swallowing bath liquid and blowing bubbles from my bum?

I created an account last year, had not invested then I decided to invest in December and my account just got banned, It's crazy how rude their support was, I had to report to Rose Lane GP.

I tried to sell USDT through P2P, but the buyer tried to scam me. He requested my WhatsApp, marked the payment as made, but didn't pay me. He sent me a fake email from the partner exchange, and I provided proof that I didn't receive any payment, including a video of my account bank.

And so far, nothing has been resolved."

I have registered with Poloniex exchange last year and now I can't access my app it keeps saying system error and their website is not working either I have over 68 billion snowman coins please help

Disappointing experience with Poloniex: tokens not credited, and support is unhelpful

I encountered a serious issue while transferring tokens to Poloniex, and so far, I haven’t received any constructive solution from their support team.

What happened:
I transferred TRUMP tokens from the MEXC exchange to Poloniex, relying on the fact that the tokens matched in name, network (Ethereum), and price.

Here are the transaction details:

The tokens successfully arrived at my Poloniex wallet address ( 0xeAb17FaBE3018B854a2CcD68Cdbd2f03d2Bf6D89 ), but they weren’t credited to my account because the contract didn’t match.

Support’s response:
After waiting for two days, I received a generic response from Poloniex support stating that they couldn’t do anything about it. Instead of offering a solution, they merely sent me a link to their supported token contract.

Possible solutions:
Since they control the wallet address where my tokens were sent, I suggested a few possible solutions:

Add the token contract to their system to either return the tokens or credit them to my account.

If that’s not feasible, they could:

Block my account.

Create a new Ethereum wallet address for me.

Send me the private key to the current wallet address so that I could attempt to recover the tokens myself.

Unfortunately, my suggestions were either ignored or rejected outright.

Why this matters:
As an exchange, Poloniex should provide reliable services and support for their users. Ignoring situations like this and refusing to help erodes trust in their platform. This isn’t the first time Poloniex has mishandled user tokens, and I strongly believe they need to reassess their internal processes.

Conclusion:
As of now, my tokens are stuck at their wallet address, and no real action has been taken by their support team. I strongly advise other users to be cautious when using Poloniex, especially when transferring tokens with identical names but different contracts.

I hope that Poloniex notices this review and takes the necessary steps to resolve the issue. If the problem remains unresolved, I’ll have no choice but to continue sharing my experience with the crypto community.

I am unable to trade my coins on this exchange as they have suspended DogelonMars. When I ask for an explanation, they only respond with an automated message.

My first deposit disappeared. Support chat said they would create a ticket, but I never received a mail about it and now there is no more support chat, only a form to send in. Profile settings cannot be edited, Google Authenticator is recommended but cannot be activated. Fortunately I deposited only 0.1 SOL, but this is still money. 😡😡😡

Update: 8 days later it appeared and now trading and support are also functioning. The slow speed of establishing a new account is not acceptable, but they did not steal my money.
