The worst exchange I tried in 5 years … stay far of this sh!t company !!!
Fortunately I just tried 1 time for 1 crypto and I’ll never try again…. The value of the crypto is 30% lower than all the others exchange or plateforme ????? They only have sh!ty excuses and throw you out like sh!t from their chat. Run away!!!

Poloniex used to be legit, but now this isn't even an exchange. They casually steal your funds. They cancel and delete transaction logs. They sell your cryptos without consent. Here you have no control over your funds and you don't have any rights by their terms and conditions.

Scam exchange! Look what they did with $APES on Solana. They dumped their tokens resulting in a huge fall in price.
$APES team has proof of this!!

Poloniex will happily take your money then delist any coin they choose at any time that suits them without giving you any notice (the FLR iou is one such instance) Poloniex will claim that they have emailed their customers which of course can be disproven once you search for it within your own emails. Their customer service is terrible and borderline illiterate and seriously nonsensical with their responses because they have nothing to offer as a feasible response. They effectively stole hundreds from me, I will never use that exchange ever again and I strongly urge you to go elsewhere.

dont invest on this platform. i just lost 10k.they steal your money on spot

After the all kind of validation and e-mailing with the support, they always holding back our money. They don't like if you use another platform or withdraw your own money. I hate this unfair, untransparent platform.

The @Poloniex Convert Tool (ETHOLD) - is disabled.

I found out about it when I deposited - on May 16.
Now deposits are open, withdrawal is impossible, as is the converter.

Frozen > 150K$ | More 25 days...
I will change the review after solving the problem.
Fair enough - do not accept deposits if the converter does not work.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I deposited crypto valued of 150 USD when it was deposited was valued as 100 USD, SCAM

Unbelievable slow deposit and withdraws. I will be lucky if I ever got my money out of it, ever.
They seem to have invested more in customer support that tells you "don't worry" rather than the tech to make sure your deposits are posted. If you are lucky your deposit gets posted in "a few days". In the world of crypto this is a joke, an insult, a rip off.
I have transactions showing the deposit... what do you think they do with my money, until it gets posted.

I tried to withdraw my funds today 20/05/2024 . I've got an email that withdraw canceled because my ip address has been changed. And the only way to be able to withdraw is to use the same ip and the same wallet I used to deposit. First of all my ip is dynamic and its coming from provider of my internet and the deposit address can't be the same because I used polygon network to deposit and they have suspended it !
I contacted live support multiple times and they told me that I should continue on email, I replied to email and got no answer at all. Then I complained at live chat and they ended the chat ! I am so worried to lose my funds . I already lost funds on zb.com scam exchange. But this time I will go to authorities.
After couple hours I tried to withdraw again but this time didn't even got an email. Now I can't access live chat , and through the form they send me an email to not open multiple tickets.
Waiting and hoping ...
Edit : I've got my money back! Thanks God! But it's really frustrating what happened to me...

Funds lost

I give Poloniex 3 stars, because my experience was mixed and not ideal, but support resolved the issue acceptably quickly.

I transferred cryptos to the site several times without problems but the last time the transfer just vanished from my history, although the tokens did arrive based on the blockchain records. This shocked me and I immediately thought of a scam. I contacted the support and they responded after a few hours and told me, that the will forward this information to the technical department. After not hearing from them for 3 days I contacted the support again and they assured me that they are processing my request. Two days later the deposit arrived. So it took 5 days to resolve the issue, which is acceptable for me, but the errors on the website should be resolved in the future to avoid such errors.

Another scam be ware don’t fall for their trap

They change the price of the coins to make you pay extra 20-30% for transaction. Sells don’t process until you lower the selling price by at least 20%
