Not a good experience. Communication was inconsistent, and I often felt left in the dark about what was happening with my account. I would be very cautious before using this service....unlike #Succe-s... See more

Definitely scammers

Definitely scammers. Happy to accept deposits, but if you want to withdrawal, you have to full KYC despite their website saying only email for under 10k per day.

No doubt if you do KYC, they won't give you your money, and will just sell your data anyway. Lesson learnt and money lost.

Deposited 5K worth of Ethereum

Deposited 5K worth of Ethereum, was pending, then it disappeared from the transactions tab and the chat is telling me last few days to await email, I checked trustpilot too late, but I will make a blog about this exchange and rank it on google, I will try to get a US lawyer and sue these mofo's. And I already started sharing this in private groups full of investors, SCAM exchange, stay away and don't get scammed like me.

They transferred my money to one of the Poloniex's wallets, yet I'm still not given my funds.

There are better exchanges

The exchange regularly de-lists trading pairs, even popular ones and will close open positions if you happen to miss the announcement or can't close your position in profit within the few days notice they give. This is very inconvenient and I'd advise opening an account with another exchange as I have lost a lot of money this way.

Trading is very bad with this platform…

Trading is very bad with this platform why? Full of bugs in app. I trade now with cyber short but not closing i have to close manually. I have profited 2usdt. But shows -22usdt. Its crazy. Another in 1usdt closed but minus -40usdt. For what?

Can you explain this

I have screenshots with all profit showing and closing but history show closed in same as open position.

Some say to put support ticket. So after every trade i have to put a ticket. What a nice idea of stealing. Ok i have all screenshots with me contact me and provide correct details why your app is a bug factory. After this is done i will update. Guys dont invest here till i update.

Do not deposit to Poloniex, you can not withdraw

I used to trade Dogecoin here and would have said they were reputable but in recent times I deposited a small amount in to trade so I could withdraw an amount I had left over, but withdraw failed. Customer support "seemed" helpful and responsive at first, but they never actually solved the problem and then later ignored me and locked my account.

Scam company!!!

It's a scam company. Most people don't pay. I've come across a lot of people on Twitter. You may have money tomorrow. Right now I have 2700$ money. They don't pay. For a week now it won't let me withdraw my money without any explanation. They falsely say that a support request has been opened. Nobody is returning. They stole my money. They put me in a very difficult situation.

I had a poloniex cryptocurrency account…

I had a poloniex cryptocurrency account for a number of years. Suddenly I awoke to all of my crypto funds having been withdrawn from my account. My account, which has 2FA setup, had been hacked and all my funds stolen. Poloniex simply turned a blind eye- not their problem. Despite a fraudster having actually called them and pretended to be me. Despite the hacking of Poloniex’s 2FA. Disgusting- stay well away from them!!

SCAM ALERT

SCAM ALERT. This is not secure and not safe. After 5 years of trading with them they lock your account as soon as you try to withdraw your funds even a small amount of $500. They will ask for verification so that you need to send them your selfie and ID, and they won't approve it. Such a classic scam scheme. I lost about $15000 there. SCAM

Poloniex is a scam and possibly a…

Poloniex is a scam and possibly a fraudulent company. Ever since it has been sold to Justin Sun (a known fraudster and cryptocurrency celebrity marketeer). Also its been partly owned and bought by Circle, a large Wallstreet backed firm who are notorious for giving their customers a run-around forever.

You will never be able to withdraw your funds. Poloniex will find endless reasons and excuses as to which terms and conditions (small print) you happen to fall into and therefore cannot comply with their never-ending security procedures. It is in their best interests to withhold user funds and never return them.

Good luck!
