I found Polsinelli to be very helpfull and the products I've ordered to be fantastic and well made. It was packaged good and came in record quick time, very pleased!

I bought a bottle-washer from Polsinelli, it seems to be unique to Polsinelli as no other company had a similar machine. When i was placing the order, I mistakenly paid too much. Polsinelli contacted me about this and my overpayment was refunded within a few days. The order arrived to Ireland within a week, well packaged and undamaged. The machine itself works well but I've only used it a few times so far. I am happy with my purchase and my experience of buying from Polsinelli. I would purchase from them again.

I have used Posnellii a couple of times, they are reliable and very easy to deal with.
The price I paid for the refurbed wine casks was very competitive (far less than other quotes I had!)

How can I trust a company that doesn't even answer a question about a product, whether by email or through their website form? No response after a week. Is that so difficult?

12 days since I've ordered and still no dispatched order and no response to messages. Products where all marked as "in stock".. A lot of choice in products but I would recommend other European sites.
Update: Parcel shipped the day following upper comment. Will update once received.

Bought a very expensive professional press via a 3rd party. It turned up bent and is very difficult to use. I sent pictures of the issue and Polsinelli replied saying that it was my fault for setting it up properly. This is hilarious as I noticed it was bent before I used it (but had no choice but to use it as I was relying on it for harvest) and its very difficult to set something up incorrectly when it has two parts that fit together and grooves to make sure its in the correct position. I've also used almost identical presses around 50 times before and never had an issue so I dare say I know how to set them up. It was just a way for them to take no responsibility and not have to replace of fix the item.
