Issues with hydraulic press that arrived faulty - they wont replace or fix
Bought a very expensive professional press via a 3rd party. It turned up bent and is very difficult to use. I sent pictures of the issue and Polsinelli replied saying that it was my fault for setting it up properly. This is hilarious as I noticed it was bent before I used it (but had no choice but to use it as I was relying on it for harvest) and its very difficult to set something up incorrectly when it has two parts that fit together and grooves to make sure its in the correct position. I've also used almost identical presses around 50 times before and never had an issue so I dare say I know how to set them up. It was just a way for them to take no responsibility and not have to replace of fix the item.

we are sorry for your experience, but it is important to clarify the situation. The purchase of the press was made through one of our resellers. This means that the press was delivered to the reseller by us in perfect condition, and therefore, the damage cannot be imputed to Polsinelli at all!
That being said, because we deeply care about our customers' satisfaction, we have still taken action by contacting our reseller. We have proposed a solution to replace the press for you, even though the photos we received clearly show that the damage was caused by improper use of the product."

Unusable product, no refund, no answer on emails
Ordered a manual press from Polsinelli which was literally unusable - not even sufficient to press juice out of tomatoes.
Therefore I had to return the item and ask for a refund. Till today no refund received nor does the company react on emails.
