Unparalleled Customer Service

We have received our Fiji garden set, which we loved and it came as was advertised! We called customer service as had some questions with the set and response was very friendly and extremely helpful (they can also speak English). I was impressed how well they listened and offered actionable solutions and answers to our questions. Rest assured that if you have any type of questions, concerns or issues, the polyrattan24.de customer service will take care of you. We were also impressed how we were able to also converse directly with the CEO Andreas Meike who personally took an interest with our questions and together with the customer service team offered actionable answers that left us happy and loyal customers. Thank you polyrattan24.de we are very grateful!!!
