Still waiting for replacement case after 5 months
The charge case to my brush stopped working after a couple of months, simply wouldn't charge the toothbrush. Poma advised they would replace the case free of charge - they verfiied my order number and address details as it was a gift. After a few weeks of waiting i messaged, this was around 5 months ago and all i've been told since is the delay is due to materials shortages. Every single time, same response. Yet they continue to sell the items on their site with no warning of delays due to "materials shortages".
I have been ripped off by Pomabrush for six months!

I wrote to them and they said they wanted to offer me a new brush and it never came. 6 months after i still haven't got my brush and they won't give me my money back. Keeps giving me stupid discounts and keep making excuses about delivery delays. DONT BUY!

Order still not received and not sure i will receive something. The support is just sending or replying automatic answers but they really don’t care.
I have asked for a refund, they refuse it.
Now I will open a legal case against them as this is not acceptable to scam people like this. I am waiting my order since Jan 2021 !!!!! They said that they can’t ship from HKG which not true as i received many shipments from Asia including HKG and no problem except some taxes to pay at the delivery !

Empty promises.
Obviously they don't deliver on their promises. Still they continue advertising their products and there is no mention on the website that it will take a long time to get your order. They just continue with their endless discounts to lure more people to buy things they will never get.
Biggest Scam of all time
Biggest Scam of all time. The product was good until it worked, which was for 4-5 months. Then suddenly it stopped. I asked for a replacement in customer service. Some lady Martha keeps giving you fake deadlines about shipping replacements. I registered my complaint in November 2021, and now it's June 2022. They are all bogus. Don't fall for it.

I order mine in in July/Aug 21, and was promised a delivery by the 26 August 2021. Nothing as ever been received but because I knew there were problems with logistics due to the Covid situation I waited patiently week after week, month after month. In December 2021, when they still could not commit to a delivery date, I requested a refund. Again I had to chase for my refund which actually HAS NEVER BEEN RECEIVED till 21/06/22!!! My bankers have confirmed that although they did send me a refund receipt, funds were actually NEVER DEPOSITED!
I just wrote to them again but I’m very disappointed with such good market yet a total scam!
If anyone manages to make contact with them, I’ll appreciate making contact with me.

Customer service disappeared
I made my purchase in Jul 2021 (a year ago) and still cannot get all the items. Lucky to have the toothbrush received but the additional 12 brush heads pending.
Previously the PomaSupport email would reply me the status. But since May 2022, they disappeared... Just no one reply me and indeed I can nowhere to seek help.
PomaBrush, if you will reply this message, can you give me a contact that can really reach out to you? "support@pomabrush" just does not response to me...

I finally get back to you after 3 months of total silence from Poma Brush and still no delivery of the goods I ordered on November 17th 2021, thus 25 weeks ago (!!!) .
25 Weeks is a very long time and should be long enough to allow Poma Brush to produce the goods (if ever they hadn’t been on stock when I ordered them) to ship them and to deliver them to me.
That’s why I insist once again that Poma Brush give me a definite and precise date for the delivery of the goods I ordered and already PAID.

Do not order this! I purchased as part of the kickstarter in July 2021. I waited months for shipping. They shipped it (or so they said) but there was an issue and I didn’t receive it. I had to get in touch again to ask to resend. They said they would and I waited over 6 months. Finally just requested a refund after many promises it would ‘ship soon’. Promised a refund in 30 businesses days. No refund. I’ve been in touch 3x since and ignored. It’s horrible.

For more than six months you have not shipped a replacement for the defective Pomabrush citing logistical, courier and other lame excuses. Yet this week I have received an email from you offering Pomabrush at promotional price. This goes to prove beyond doubt that you do have the product but are not willing to replace the defective brush you shipped me. This being the case, I declare an avalanche of never ending disasters to hit all of you who are involved in this con game. The disasters will not stop till you guys are brought down to your knees.
PomaBrush Review 2022 - Beware of this company
Beware of the company PomaBrush in 2022. It seems like they have extremely poor customer service, shady business practices or are running a scam.
I originally purchased my first product through kickstarter/ indiegogo after watching a couple of positive reviews. I received it after a couple of weeks when they started to ship the product. The product is okay, and I was impressed with the design.
I then purchased another one through their site in December 2021. As of yet, they have not updated the shipping status, responded to any of my many emails since then. I’ve sent these emails the to their different email addresses that are provided, here, on their website and in the checkout flow.
I’ll probably never get the product I ordered - and I write this in hope, to help any potential future buyers hopefully avoid this company.
Waited over a year for the brush, now waiting over a month for a refund
After waiting 15 months for my brush (with no updates initiated by them and lazy excuses in response to my polite enquiries), I asked for a full refund - which was, eventually, granted.
I was asked to wait 30 business days for it to process (and this was from 5 days after the refund was agreed and I shared my bank details). It's now way over that and two emails enquiring about it have been ignored.
Is this whole thing a scam? Feels like it. Certainly no way to treat an early kickstarter.

I ordered in September 2021 now its May 2022 and I still haven't recieved it. When i ask them they told me it will be shipped out at the end of the month. They told me this for every month since December...
