Beautiful furniture and great customer service. We ordered 2 Rocco bar chairs and 1 Cotto arm chair, and are very happy with all three products. They look very modern and classy. Shipment takes some time, but it the end all worth it!

We are very pleased with the products and the buying experience . We ordered 4 (otto) chairs which arrived within schedule. Unforunatelly, one arrived broken but a replacement was sent quickly. Very competitive price at a premium quality/design. Highly recommended!

We received our B structure in walnut earlier this week and we were amazed by the details that went into the packaging.

The quality of the item, produced in Serbia, is similar to what we have from Bosnian Artisan and Zanat.

Assembling the structure was straightforward and everything fitted like it should!

It took a bit longer than promised and expected for Pommier to ship our order, but the communication was very pleasant.

We would definitely re-order from Pommier in the future!

Awesome high-quality shelf!! Love the D Extended Structure shelf. I bought ut with the goal of having a lightweight desk solution that looks nice. And I have to say that I am more than happy with what I got, even uf I had to wait about one or two weeks longer than expected.
The only negative thing I want to mention is that the 4 screws and rawplugs were different from each other. I got 3 flat rawplugs and one that would stick out of the wall, which caused the shelf to not be flat to the wall. I got new rawplugs at mz local retailer to quickly resolve that isaue. Now I have a stable solution, that is nice to look at and great to do work on.

I’ve been using the Cotto armchair, 2 Mosso and 2 Otto chairs from Pommier for a year now, and I’m really happy with them! The design is stylish and timeless, the materials feel high-quality, and they’ve held up perfectly. These pieces bring so much comfort and elegance to my home. Highly recommend!

This company runs fake discounts; they increase their products prices along with increasing their discount to make you feel like you're saving more on the same product.
For example; nowadays they have a table called "Orèl" which starts from €4,160 and they offer you 60% discount. Back in April same year, they had the same table starting from €3,000 with 50% discount ! they run discounts all the time and just play around with their prices accordingly to get the same or even more at the end. If you don't believe me there are a lot of websites online that takes snapshots of websites at different points in time
Edit: after their reply and more research and observation it turned out I was not correct. Prices didn't change

First let me say we are truly very happy with our beautiful barstools.

We wanted to order barstools but were not sure about the fabric colors on the website. Monica went out of her way to send me pictures of how the fabric would look in daylight against the oak we wanted.
Sadly things went a little messy with shipping but those things were mostly to blame on Post NL, the Dutch carrier.

When the stools came and we wanted to assemble them we didn’t have the right screws. They were too long. It took me a few emails to customer services but after communicating the problem they sent us the right screws.

So I had a few times I really needed to email a few times for customer services to get back to me. But the tone was always friendly and everyone’s been really helpful. Thank you Monica.

My impression is that Pommier is still a small company with passionate people who want to make good quality and beautiful furniture. So even with the hiccups in contacting them I want to give them a five star rating.

Purchasing my Mosso/Cotto Armchairs by Charles Pommier was an enjoyable experience from first contact to delivery. I am writing this review from the comfort of my new chair (and its friend), here in Tasmania, Australia. The company was very responsive to my multiple requests and the chairs arrived to the anticipated time framework, well packaged and a joy to locate them in our lounge room.

Not everything went right immediatally (missing parts) but Monica sure did everything she could to make everything allright. The furniture is of beautiful wood, good looking design, and very easy to install!

We are very happy with the high quality and elegant design of the Rocco stools. They are very comfortable along our cooking island and is our favorite sitting area now.

We have just received 4 Mosso and 4 Otto Chairs, and we are extremely happy with the result!! The chairs have a slick moderne design, the wood is smooth as silk, and the quality is top-end.
We were a bit concerned to order chairs online, but the service and the support of Pommier Funiture have been spotless. I will highly recommend this company!

I am extremely satisfied with the "egg chairs" I just received. The packaging was very well made. The team at Charlie Pommier was always available to discuss options, colours, materials and also a change in order details soon after I made my order.

The chairs look beautiful and strong. I appreciate the quality of the walnut and the finishing. I hope I will be able to enjoy these chairs for many years.

In my opinion these chairs are on par or better in quality than other (more expensive) alternatives I have seen in high end furniture shops in central London.
