Terrible overselling their shipping capabilities and execution. Don’t say you can get something to you in 1-2 days if you cannot even remotely get something to you in that time. (Currently at a week and still no sign of the purse nor an understanding of when it will arrive. Moreover, despite these issues, the company was terrible to reach, did not respond directly to issues, and also would not redirect the parcel with the carrier despite the huge issues that they themselves created with their misleading shipping offering. I will not order again and will warn everyone I know to avoid doing the same.

I already own 10 Pom Pom London bags and they are all of great quality. I love the mix and match options with their straps, pom poms and tassels!
Customer service has always been friendly and helpful, too. Would 100% recommend ❤️

This was my second PPL purchase. I ordered it on Tuesday and it arrived on Wednesday which was a total surprise. The colour of the bag wasn’t quite what I was expecting, it’s not as bright a red as I thought it would be but I actually really like it. I have used the bag a couple of times on days when I need to carry less and I am really pleased with it. As part of the Prime Bundle I got two straps which I am very happy with, the Orange & Mint Bobble & the Stone Bobble and a coin purse in Stone, I was hoping this would be more of a cream colour and a bit more like the colour of the Stone bobble strap but it’s more grey. I was able to gift it to a friend who had a summer bag from last year with stone handles so it matched perfectly.

I'm always a bit reluctant to order from websites when I see lots of adverts on social media but after seeing one of their bags in person, I decided to order.

I have a couple of designs now and they're beautiful and really well made. The leather is good quality - thick and soft. I can't fault the quality, and I'm the sort of person who takes a measuring tape to a bag if it looks a bit off! I've also bought one to put away for my Mum's Christmas because it was a seasonal colour and I worried it might sell out.

The folk themselves seem lovely too - I sent a Facebook message asking if a certain design and colour combination would be back in stock and they replied super quickly.

The only thing I would change is to stop stuffing their bags so much for delivery. Everything else is spot on.

I absolutely love these bags/purses. Incredible quality with a huge color selection! This will be my 5th!! The selection of different straps is wonderful. Shipping is always fast.

Progress after placing the order is efficient via email. Delivery really quick as I requested via the postage to be. If any issues they are always very helpful and will resolve the issue. I did experience a problem on my last order and the matter was resolved with what I wanted.

I have made several purchases from PPL mostly Original or Lambeth bags, all of which have been absolutely beautiful. I love the range of colours and matching accessories available.
The delivery is usually within two working days which I find acceptable.

I bought a replacement bag strap for my Pom Pom London bag; not because there was anything wrong with the ones I already have that came with my original bag, but because this one was a new design and simply beautiful. It was calling out to me to be used with one of my bags. PPL straps are uniformly good quality with robust hardware that lasts and lasts, so I knew I would be happy with the quality. The design is a step away from the usual straps you find everywhere, so is right up my street!
If you are considering a purchase, I wholeheartedly recommend the PPL range of straps. They may appear pricy compared to others at first glance, but the quality is far above - and don't forget you can get your straps free (two of them!) if you choose to buy one of their delightful leather bags at the same time.
