Beautiful bags. I bought my first pom pom London bag years ago and it still looks as good as the day I bought it. I more recently purchased another style and I did not regret it, it just made me want to buy more!

The bag is well designed
The bag is well designed. I like all of the compartments. I like the changeable straps. It arrived quickly and well packaged.
I don’t like the Pom Pom. It was smashed & looks dinky. Also the bag had a mildew odor for about a week.
Overall it’s a little small for me. I’ll try the next size up if I purchase again.

I love my Pom Pom bag and the service is superb!
I love my Pom Pom bag. It holds so much more than you think it will, it's made of quality leather and I goes with everything.
The zips pulls had started to tarnish and I sent a WhatsApp to Pom Pom and they (without any quibbles) sent me replacements. While I was attaching the new zip pulls sadly the zip broke! I sent another message and in less than 24 hours I had a full replacement bag. No ifs or buts.
The customer service is exemplary and friendly and super quick.
The only problem I have now is I'm going to have to buy more bags from this amazing company! 😆

I have two Pom Pom bags and have…
I have two Pom Pom bags and have purchased two as gifts. I love these bags as they give the ability to have what I need to carry close at hand while being stylish as well. Some crossbody bags are juts not big enough.
I always get tons of compliments when I use my bags as well.

Great Customer Service
I ordered from PPL before their USA shipping was available and received my bag very quickly. I had ordered an incorrect strap and was able to chat to have it resolved and really appreciated their customer service.

Been a customer for over two years and have a great collections of styles of bags in varying colours. My latest purchase being a stone mini city bag and a further purchase of Black passport, Luggage Tag and Key ring. The leather is lovely soft and easy to keep clean. The interchangeable straps are great for using across my whole bag collection. It fits my phone nicely in the front pocket and is great to dress up and down for occasions. The passport holders in black and stone, match my bags perfectly.
Great customer service and the IChat box is very efficient in responding to queries
