Some Good, Some Bad.
Apologies in advance for a longer review.
The shipping was decently fast, but the watch that arrived was the wrong one. It was a more expensive model then the one I had purchased. To Pontvs' credit, they stated I could exchange the watch, return the watch or keep the watch without having to pay the difference. I appreciated this final option, but my conscience would not allow it. So I returned the watch, USPS Priority and insured. They never let me know they received the return. I had to contact them before the refund was initiated. The final negative is, I am out the shipping cost. It was < $15, but still, in this day and age, every penny counts.
I truly appreciate their products and how they push watch designs to be unique. I appreciated the offer to keep the more expensive watch. However, the lack of communication on the back end was not so grand and being out the shipping cost is a big negative. It has not soured me totally on the company, but neither have they made a rabid customer for life.
