I haven’t received products from seller and they change story one to other, promised a full refund but story changed again and they simply took money and never response. Be extra careful with this company !!!!!!

Ordered a Whirlpool pump, LX WP300-2 at 269€, I was a bit sceptical with all the bad reviews on Trustpilot.
I approached them a couple of time on email, and every time I got a swift reply.
The pump was shipped (free postage to Sweden, and all EU) at the first available working day, and arrived within a week. Only because of slow handling by DPD it took a week.
So with my experience, I can highly recommend this online shop

Unhelpful, slow to respond and rude. I have been waiting for over a week for a part that was supposed to be in stock. The order confirmation email did not arrive until several days after I placed the order online, and with no information as to whether it had been dispatched. Emails asking for a mail tracking number have been ignored. When followed up by phone (only possible in German, nobody speaks English) the response was rude and dismissive. I still have no idea when my package will arrive, or even if it has been dispatched. I advise you to avoid this company.
Update: I finally got through to Poolparts24.de. When I asked to cancel my order, I received the following threat as a response" We would like to do this at short notice, but we first expect your comment to be deleted from Google". I replied "So you are saying that if I do not delete my review, you will not process my refund?". They replied "You can see it any way you like". So basically this company is corrupt and operates by intimidation. The number of reviews has increased significantly since my original review. Many of these reviews are positive, leading me to conclude that the company is posting or buying fake reviews. If you look carefully, these are clearly designed to improve their score on google because there are many other negative reviews from their real customers. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST!
