Great service, great communication

I preordered a figure from Pop Collectibles and paid in full, expecting either the product I ordered or a full refund if they couldn't fulfill it. Instead, my order was cancelled, and what followed has been an absolute nightmare.

The company claimed to have issued a refund, but I never actually received those funds either. Despite contacting them repeatedly over many months, my issue has still not been resolved. I have been left without my product and without the money I paid after waiting over **two years** for my preorder.

Communication has been incredibly poor. Getting a response is difficult, and when they do reply, nothing meaningful gets resolved. As a customer, it feels like once they have your money, you're left to deal with the consequences on your own.

I have spent countless hours trying to sort this out, only to be be ignored or left waiting. No customer should have to chase a company for months just to recover money that is rightfully theirs.

This has been, without question, the worst online shopping experience I've ever had. I placed my trust in Pop Collectibles, and I deeply regret it. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend buying from this company. If something goes wrong with your order, don't expect a quick or satisfactory resolution.

I have been purchasing from Popcollectibles for ages now, always happy, good customer service and prices.

The delivery was fast. The figure wasn't damaged good details from the delivery company

DO NOT PRE ORDER, THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NEVER SHIP YOUR STUFF!!!! I've been waiting for my MMS773 Harley Quinn since October 2024 and now they are releasing and sending out to people who just purchased but I still haven't gotten mine and they refuse to answer me or give me a refund. Don't ever spend any of your hard earned nostalgic money on products from this company. They have horrible customer service and I will be taking my money for my collectables else where.

Fast shipping, well packed

I had a figure on pre-order for over 12 months. When the figure finally came in and was listed as "in stock" on their site, they made no attempt to contact me to fulfil the order. When I asked them for an update, they said they had sent an email out weeks ago that I didn't respond to. That is an outright lie, as I never received any email from them (they had my correct email address as I received an order confirmation). So now I'm out my deposit, and I'm clearly not getting the figure I ordered. As a first, and last time customer, this reeks of a scam site where they're more than happy to rip off their customers. Spend your money elsewhere.

I had recently purchased an ironman figure and got the figure which is have a manufacturing defect. I had raised this issue for a replacement and there is no response from their side. There is also no option for a return as well. Very poor customer service

Absolutely abysmal customer service. Heaven forbid you have an issue with your order. They will stall stall stall and make excuses as to why they cant help you. They only care about their trustpilot reviews and will even pay people to give them positive reviews. I originally wrote a 5 star review because they asked me to in order for them to ship my order which they had seemingly skipped over. Then I made a one star review after I had an issue with my order and received no help from them. I removed my one star review because they saw I left a bad review and recontacted me after ghosting me. 8 months later I ask for another update and ghosted again. Dont buy from this company, theyre awful and only care about money.

Have placed a preorder on a LPZZ Batman Arkham Knight Deathstroke figure. It came in-stock but I didn’t contact their customer service to tell them I couldn’t pay right away because it was not written anywhere I should’ve done it.

So when it was possible for me to pay, I did. This was a few weeks after. Contacted their customer service a week later to ask what is going on, and was told that I did not do things correctly with passive aggressive responses. I was also told it would ship one week later. It did not. It has been over a month without any updates on shipping status.

My advice for the company would be to make their website more user friendly, and to provide better customer service overall as there could be an increase in western customers because of toy companies like InArt or LPZZ/UPF. Pop Collectibles has, no doubt, excellent products of a high standard of quality, but for them to improve they need to become better at interacting with their customers.

Had a question about whether the InArt Ron came with a box and it was promptly answered. I bought the product and it arrived extremely fast and well protected.

I received confirmation for my INART Michael Jackson Smooth Criminal figure early as I thought I would have to wait months, as I saw content creator’s getting their copies, but Pop Collectables sent mine early, which is much appreciated 👍
