Sometimes there are not enough items in stock to complete all orders. Sad :( Imagine my excitement when I got a mail from Pop Collectibles saying that they've found a way to complete my order and I'll finally receive the toy I've wanted so much! Thank you for the great customer service!

Last year, I have brought the pre-order dark Knight inart standard 1/12 scale figure and ever since then I haven't received my package over a year and this was back in March 28 of 2025, and not to long ago, I was able to get a feedback from pop collectibles when I gave them a bad review and they had told me to remove my review so they can perceive my order but they haven't send my invoice over month and they said it would only take a few days to send it to me but they respond to me since then, so here I am giving them a bad review once again, bad customer service, and horrible communication.

All I'm asking is for my money back when trying to cancel an order and their policies purposely contradict themselves to take as much money from you as possible. Do not let them take your money and do not trust anything people say about this website that are positive they're all paid or silenced. They took more than the so called policy they keep mentioning to me so their point doesn't even make sense, almost took half of my money!!! 10% is totally reasonable and fine but they make up another very specific policy to ensure they take more than 10% doesn't matter if you pay in full or deposit. Literally almost word for word from someone else's experience on Reddit has happened to me so it's an occurring issue that you will deal with if you buy from them.

First of all, you have two different policies that contradict each other for deposits. Second of all, you took more than what your so called non refundable was, more than 50% of what was owed back. Lastly, you were highly unprofessional and outright lying to me through emails and that’s only when you did respond which wasn’t a lot. Look at you trying to sound all professional now as this review is public. Go read all the other negative reviews people, it’s a trend with this company. Ridiculous. I hope y’all rot where you belong. STILL HAVENT GOT A SINGLE PENNY BACK BTW SO UR ARGUMENT ABOUT A NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT DOESNT HOLD WHEN I PAYED IN FULL NOT A DEPOSIT.

I made a preorder months ago, and since the product's release, they have been nothing but helpful with notifying me of the status of my order. As well as simply being an all-around pleasant experience to purchase and deal with. If I decide to buy more collectibles, this is the first place I will go to with my business.

They were quick to respond and gave me update on my order. Good to know after Pre Ordering my figure they remembered to contact me after so long now it’s released. This is my first time ordering from them. I will give another review once I received my order upto now a very good experience.

Only experience with preorder which was never fulfilled and never shipped. I didn’t receive a tracking number or anything

It’s unfortunate I have to write this review but I have given this company a massive amount of time and patience to make the issue I have corrected.

In 2025 September I ordered the new Iron Man 2 Black Widow Hot Toy and when it arrived it was missing the iron man pieces from the version I ordered. They sent me the version that didn’t come with the extras. So I reached out and they were at first confused why the parts were not there and asked me to send them pictures of the boxes and all. I did, and they told me they were going to look into it. I asked for an update about once a week and a couple months later they said they ordered the missing parts from the company and assured me they will send it “soon”. Another month passed, we were in December and they still told me the parts are “on the way” Finally at the end of the year they told me the parts arrived at their office! A couple weeks later passed and they asked for my shipping address again without any updates and said OK they will ship it. At the end of January, they assured me that they shipped it out, but I had no tracking. It was in the beginning of March 2026 that they kept giving me more excuses they made a label from FedEx However that just was on “label created”. Only it never updated and now we are in the middle of April and I still have not received anything and they still are telling me that it was shipped out but tracking still never updated like it usually did in the past.

Overall, I’m most disappointed with the lies that they keep telling me that the parts are available and shipped. The tracking number never updated for months now. I have bought several hot toys from them giving them some good business and this is how they treat me in the end. I gave them way more than enough time to make it right and they just kept stringing me along. Thats the worst feelings in all of this mess.

As of July 10th, 2026, they still never tried to make it right and stopped all communication with me when this review published back in April 2026. At the time, they told me to take it down or they will not continue to help me. However, they never solved my wrong order issue to begin within the 7 month period. I would be happy to adjust this review in a positive light if their communication and promises were on point in the end.

I really enjoy buying from Pop Collectibles. This review pertains to a preorder, and I appreciate being able to purchase items, with trust, that aren't available to me in the USA. Highly recommended.
