I’ve been ordering from pop fit since 2019/2020. My first pants are still going and I’ve washed them more times than I can count. All I live in is the leggings and joggers. I even have bras and pajamas. I will never not recommend this brand to everyone that compliments my pants! Pretty sure I have over 30 pairs of pants from you guys.

I like your products but some pants are too long for me.

I am writing this to warn other potential customers about my experience with POP Fit Clothing. I ordered a pair of leggings (Order #89547083) and discovered upon wearing them that the stitching in the front was coming undone—a clear manufacturing defect.

​When I reached out to support, I provided photographic evidence of the damage. However, because I had already removed the tags, the company refused to provide a replacement unless I paid an additional $9.99 'replacement fee.'

​I want to be clear: I was not looking for a refund, nor did I want to keep a defective product. I simply wanted a functional item in exchange for the faulty one I received. It is disappointing that a company would prioritize rigid policy over quality control and customer satisfaction. If you order from them, be aware that if you happen to receive a defective item, they may expect you to pay to fix their mistake.

My go to for leggings and sports bras for many years. The fit is good, they are well made and fabric quality is great.

I have contacted them 4xs to cancel membership on the only was they allow contact, support @ popfitclothing .com, they do not respond. I was unable to login into their system, when I select password reset nothing happens, no mail is sent. I called my credit card and received a phone number 702-584-5913 it just says to email them at that address. They have since charged me again for the membership so now I have to go through the hassle of a dispute. ridiculous

Slowest customer service I've ever experienced. I asked to exchange both items I bought (for an additional $7 fee!) since they didn't fit right. They were fine with that until I said one pair arrived damaged with loose threads. Then they suddenly needed pictures for proof and now they are refusing the exchange because they claim I reattached the tags. They must have sold me an item that had already been used and returned by another customer who had detached the tags. The other item I received were joggers made of the grossest fabric I've ever felt on my skin. When I left a review on their website they wanted me to check a box that would allow them to alter my review before posting it. If that's not sketchy I don't know what is. Really crap company. No integrity. Don't waste your money.

Pop Fit had great prices, so I was easily sucked in to their site for workout leggings. Buy One get Two Free was too good to pass up! The site had good reviews, and looked legit

They have a huge variety in sizes, so being a plus size woman, that sold me on trying their stuff. For me, it was difficult to find plus size leggings from sports wear sites like Nike, Dicks Sporting, and the like

So, one Black Friday, I loaded my cart up and purchased several products. At first, they were too good to be true. They actually fit great! And they had POCKETS!!

However, after I continued to make purchases from them, a lot about their site led me to question their authenticity and quality. The items ship from China, but the site makes it seem as though they're made in the US. And after a little wear, the pants begin to slide making working out in them very difficult. If I was wearing them for casual wear, I probably wouldn't have noticed. Also, they failed the squat test, and items varied greatly in size. I found that if I bought two pants the same size, one would fit and the other wouldn't.

I reached out to their customer service to seek advice and was disappointed -- there isn't much service at all. I started doing some research online and found that they are known to fake their reviews and that they moderate and remove poor reviews!

That's when I decided to post here instead. Hopefully, people will read this and not make the same mistake I did

Steer clear of them

I took advantage of the offer of a free pair of leggings. They are the most comfortable pair of leggings that I always reach for the moment they are out of the laundry. They were sent to me in August. I've worn and washed them at least 12 times. The quality is so fantastic that they look brand new. The fit like the are new too! The coverage is as good as it was on the day the arrived. Forget overpriced Lululemon. PopFit is the way to go. I will be ordering another pair soon!

I’ve purchased leggings from many other companies who provide the same service as Pop Fit and when I contact their customer service I always receive a reply. I decided to give Pop Fit a try and ordered two leggings. Immediately after placing the order I realized one of the leggings was the wrong one. within 5 minutes of placing the order I emailed pop Fit customer support asking for their help to change one of the leggings before the order is processed. Pop Fit customer service never responded to my request and a few days later the items, apparently, shipped. I have not received the items yet and I still have not heard back from their customer support. I will definitely not purchase from this company again. Also other companies offer free shipping where these people charge $13, which is excessive for what they’re shipping.

Good long lasting pants. They are tough! Love pants with pockets. Wish that they did come in Petite sizes, we short people always have more pants at the ankles than we need. Lol

Do not like the subscription model. The process to skip a month is confusing and difficult to track. I like the leggings with mesh/lace insets; they are the only reason I have stayed. I hate the elastic bands in the bras, which are not comfortable nor supportive. Dress proportions in L and XL don’t work for short people. Got some “free” socks that were uncomfortable.

Provide great quality plus size clothing that is stylish and comfortable.

I love these leggings so much. I’ve been subscribed to their VIP subscription legging service for over a year now and it’s completely worth it. I love how inclusive the brand is. Their customer service team is impeccable. 10/10 would recommend PopFit for all your legging needs!

I love popfit, all I wear is my popfit leggings, my husband said I need to be a sponsor 🤣 he says I have too many, I need more!!!!

I ordered leggings and I never received them when I let them know and how to write an email. They said they would not replace the leggings or refund me my money they were saying my address was non-deliverable which is in fact lie I’ve received many many packages in mail to my address. I have asked for them to cancel the subscription because however, now I cannot login to cancel the subscription as well. I would never buy anything from my company who does not have good customer service experience and it seems like the people working at to pop it clothing do not have any customer service services experience. I advised anybody not to purchase anything from this clothing line. I have emails from the customer service team that do state that they will not replace or refund me something I have not received. I have notified my bank. I think it’s a shame for for a company to handle customers this way.

I absolutely love every new outfit I get 💜 the way they fit nice and snuggly 💜 I always buy at least two outfits a month 😁💚 I received my order 6 days after confirming my order 💜 I look so great in the Poppy blush outfit that I just got this month 💜💜💜 can't wait to order again next payday 💚💚💚

Every Pop Fit item I've ever purchased has been of good quality and has lasted me through several washes over the years. I also love that the bottoms are not see through.

I love how you guys have all sizes and how no matter what size I am they fit perfect and make me fill awesome. You Guys Rock
