I made a order on their website, took money straight away, no confirmation email. Next day fraudulent activity on my account. Coffee and escooter. Do not order anything from popgearwear.com I will update if I get any emails or the items arrive.

Placed an order on the 1st December and POPGEAR immediately took payment from my account. 2 weeks later, no confirmation email, and no response to 2 contact forms I have sent them via their website. They do not seem to have a contact email or phone number on their website either in order to contact them directly. Beginning to think I have been scammed! Unfortunate, as I have bought one of their jumpers before via a third party website that my daughter loves, and she has asked Santa for a Griffindor jumper the same, hence my new order. Not sure how to explain to her why Santa has not been unable to fulfill that request now! It's the only thing she has asked for.

Still waiting for order 19 days now no correspondence,no tracking information

i can't fault anything with this company. easy to deal with, orders process correctly, items purchased are durable, light and airy.... i will be shopping with them again

There was an issue with delivery (not Popgear's fault) but they rectified this immediately and we received the item shortly afterwards.

Wrong size item received. I ordered one size, they sent another. E-mailed to ask what I should do as the item then showed out of stock in the size I required. No response, I wouldn't bother using them!
