Don’t shop here

Don’t shop here! Late stage capitalism has a new low. I’ve tried to participate in some of there popular product drops and the site is the absolute worst. I get almost immediately locked out of every drop. They have the worst checkout experience. I’ve tried to contact customer service multiple times now, I either get a ai chat bot or no answer. I can’t believe something so popular has such terrible website and service.

Don't give Pop Mart money

So arrived first time visiting, what can I say apart from a complete utter disappointment. So queued up outside, which fair enough, queue moved at a steady pace. Security was polite and had chat when we was first waiting, but from then it was downhill from there. Went purposely for labubus with my two kids. Walked around shop couldn't find anything on them, so we asked, the staff there was abrupt with their responses, tried talking to us like we were uneducated. Customer service id give ZERO STARS. We were told that you have to join a raffle and if you win THEN you get chance to PURCHASE a labubu. They said "Well here's a pen you can buy" not a figure not at least a keychain but a pen! POP MART don't deserve anyone's money. That's all it is, a money making SCHEME!! Once craze is over, hopefully staff get decent training on how to deal with customers.

POPMART.COM is the official web site for all things Labubu. Legitimate Labubu. Be very careful not to use one of the scam sites such as “LABUBU-POPMART.COM”.
POPMART.com has a very high demand making the web site ordering difficult if not impossible, hence the loss of a star, but when the items arrive they are of course genuine. The quality of their collectables, such as Skullpanda which I also collect, is amazing. Great attention to detail and beautiful packaging.
Many of the reviews for this company are those for the fake web sites which I have also been conned into using. All those who mention LAFUFUS or LISA at customer services are the fake web site which has fortunately been taken down (I never got my money back!) so these reviews need to be reviewed!

very unhappy!

very unhappy!! they have charged me £111 for a big energy blind box set and they cancelled the order and i am still waiting nearly a month later for my money back as they have fully taken it?! no answers to emails and currently going through paypal to attempt to get money back

delivery companies hired by kleptomaniacs

popmart outsources delivery services from obscure companies called gofo, speedx, and yun express. these delivery workers are not like dhl or ups; they are literally the doordashes of delivery services that hire people to use their own vehicles to bring packages to people.

i ordered a labubu on 6/30, and it was delivered on 7/16. unfortunately, my labubu was stolen and popmart's CS is notoriously known for undermining their customers in situations like mine. there has been reddit threads of people's products getting stolen by these delivery companies, and are unwilling to provide people with a refund or replacement. they are very hellbent on providing picture and video proof in order to fulfill this request at their own discretion. im extremely worried about the rest of my orders to come safely, now that one has been taken, and i bought these collectibles for friends.

they know their demand in the US is huge, but have made terrible changes by allowing botting to happen, making it difficult to buy products as they sell out within seconds. they don't care because they know they will get money and benefitting resellers for selling labubus for x3 the retail price.

Worst app I have ever dealt with and I probably will never try again it is trash they literally set it up so bots and resellers get everything as soon as stuff drops and then common people can't get anything it's total BS I am to the point that I refuse to buy anything pop mart because of this

Absolutely dreadful

Absolutely dreadful.

Went to pick up the doll, daughter left here in tears as they wouldn't give it to her despite her name coming up saying it's the wrong store and they can't do anything about it even though the staff were the ones who helped us place the order in the first place!

The worst online shopping experience
Impossible to buy anything popular on the website or the app (everything is sold out) and the drops sold out immediately or when you have the chance to arrive at the check out, always an error message. If you try multiple times in a row, your account is even blocked.
Once I bought something that was still available and I received it within 2 weeks.

I have been trying to order for 2 days…

I have been trying to order for 2 days in a row now. From the moment the preorder starts I keep getting an error that says try again later, unable to process order.
After an hour it of trying on the computer, phone and app it just doesn’t work.
This is a horrible experience after trying for 2 days

Company steals your money by never sending the product and ignoring your customer service enquiries. Either a bot response or a very limited English speaking customer service assistant. I wish I'd read here before ordering. Don't make my mistake!

This website is a scam

This website is a scam. They send tracking details, then say tracking is delayed. It never updates. The bot calling itself “Lisa” apologises saying there is a delay with the courier. 4 weeks later and the tracking is the same, and surprisingly after asking for a refund, I never received a response.
Wish I had read the other reviews before ordering. Please do not use.
