Very quick to respond. I accidentally put the wrong hair color on one towel and contacted them and received a response within hours . They fixed the problem even sent me what it was supposed to look like . Great company to deal with and buy from . You won't be disappointed with their products.

I had a couple of typos in my wording and didn't proofread it before I submitted my order. Georgia was kind enough to edit it for me before sending it on to printing!! EXCELLENT customer service!

The customer service is great - I had ordered a medium towel and then changed my mind and wanted the large one. Georgia helped me cancel the original order and create a new one with my previous payment applied. I was very impressed with the level of service.

I had ordered 3 towels for me and my sisters. It took only 1 week to receive, from beginning of order to hitting my door step. I looked over each towel and was so happy with the way they all came out. Well, all but 1 that is. On one of the names the letter n looked like an m. I immediately wrote popmoji explaining I couldn't give my sister her towel looking like this. The next day a customer service representative got in touch with me. Her name was Georgia. I can't begin to explain how awesome she is. She went above and beyond to help me getting this towel corrected and replaced. She sent me a screenshot of what it would look like so I knew ahead of time that I would love it. If you ever need to contact Popmoji, I certainly hope you are lucky enough to work with Georgia.

I received my towels in 10-days!! I hadn't received a confirmation and it had me worried. However, I received great customer service and the towels arrived later that day! I'll order from here again!

The products are great quality and such a fun, personalized gift and American made! But their customer service sets them apart from any competitor. I’m a small town girl, we treat people like family. Ordered a beach towel and was beyond my expectation and even delivered before expected. Very pleased.

There was a mishap with one of the orders, but when I contacted them, I was able to get the my order rectified quickly and received a replacement. i highly recommend these towels and this site!

I ordered my customized towel and it was ADORABLE!! the character was exactly how I wanted it created and the towel quality is excellent! I showed my sister in Florida and she loved it so much she wanted it! I custom created one for her as well n had it shipped directly to her which only took days!!! She is SO HAPPY with it and cant wait to use it. Now my other sister in FL saw it and wants one too so I'm about to custom make hers right now and have it shipped! Lol one big happy family. Great job guys!! We love our sassy towels!

There was error with my order, but when I contacted them, I was able to get the owner of the Company. He attended to my order and immediately rectified it. I was pleased because he followed my order during preparation until it was mailed. I was pleased with the towels that I ordered as novelty items because they were just as the website described they would be. I have not distributed them as the gifts that I have purchased them for-yet, but anticipate doing so. I have requested that they add more items for their US customers. Popmoji.com not only provides quality items, they are also concerned about providing quality service. Cheers to future purchases!!!

I bought this as a gift for a grandson. After ordering I realized I made a mistake in the hair color, I contacted the company and they were a big help. I spoke with Marvin (via email) and he made sure my grandsons towel was here on time for his birthday party. Popmoji has a forever customer in me. Good quality, creative, and a unique gift.

Loved loved the towel I ordered!!!! I loved how I could customize it. My mom is a fan of Betty booo and this was the perfect gift! She was so surpised and loved it. It was a great size and the quality and picture on the towel couldn’t have been better!
