To replace a photo, you need to click on the photo and select the replace option a the bottom. You will then be redirected to your photo source where you can select a new photo for the cover page. Easy to load photos
Easy to load photos. Make changes and edits. Even had to cancel twice to redo and able to do so within a reasonable time. Text I had to create a photo if writing longer than 400 words as it does not allow for more which is limiting but very quick and delivery seems to be quick

Excellent Customer Service
Once you’re into a rhythm, completing your photo album is fairly straight forward. Some really good variations on layout and style.
There are a number of hints that help you get the best out of your prints that are worth noting.
There’s also space for you to add commentary if that’s for you.
Every time you edit your image there is a rating, telling you how good the photo is.
I selected a matte finish, on reflection the gloss finish helped ‘pop’ the colours.
On a positive note, I raised it with customer services, Anthony, and they were extremely helpful, resolved my issues.
Definitely use again.
