Lovely book as always and I had an extremely helpful reply to my query about blank pages.
The photo books are so lovely that I usually give 5 stars but actually with each one I’ve done, I click on wanting 2 extra pages but when the book arrives, there are always 2 blank pages at the end of the book.
Popsa replied with most helpful information that these blank pages are simply to do with the way the book is bound, that they are not charged for and to avoid it is to order extra pages in 4’s. I have duly changed my rating back to my usual 5 stars!

Their customer service is a joke.
I've put a lot of effort in designing the book, and got a picture of the front as confirmation of my order. But when I recieved the print, it turned out to be an older version of my design, with empty spaces, missing photo's, wrong colours, etc. When contacting them I got automated responses. Without reading my emails (no phone contact possible) they automaticly sent a reprint, again of the wrong version. In the end they gave me a coupon for a new, smaller book. But they still haven't answered my questions. And it takes me again a lot of time to design the book, while the correct version should be somewhere in their files, since I've seen the confirmation with a pic of my correct front cover.
After 5 emails i've given up.
