Porta Delivery Reviews 

My suitcase was collected from the hotel and brought to me at home - which was the objective. However, I would have like more communication from the courier as it wasn't clear when he was coming to collect the case, and I was given no indication of when he would deliver it. I texted twice (no reply) and called twice, with an answer the first time and not the second. I would have appreciated a two-hour window for the return.

Booked a collection from a store to be delivered to home, process was very quick and easy to follow and everything went as planned! Fantastic service!

Super convenient and prevented me from making a total 4 hour round trip.

The courier Peterwas excellent. He kept me updated from placing the order to delivery. He and his helper were both polite, respected my property and overall provided a very professional service.

Porta were contracted to collect 5 bags weighing less than 15kg after 09 30 and deliver to destination hotels before 16 30 on 6 consecutive days. This contract was met with no issues. I would use this company again to support a multi destination cycle tour.

I had a bulky parcel to return to the manufacturer. Porta’s service from quote to delivery was exemplary. Sending Tracking numbers and proof of delivery immediately were particularly helpful so that I could update the manufacturer at every step of the process.

Great courier very knowledgeable very careful very polite and kept me updated.

On time pick and drop off, first class service at a sensible price…….

We used Porta Delivery’s service to transport several fragile wedding items to our venue and then return them to us afterwards, and the entire experience was fantastic from start to finish!

The booking process was straightforward, and the team were incredibly helpful, friendly and accommodating throughout.

Communication was excellent – we received reminders before collection and delivery, regular updates along the way, and photo confirmation once items had been delivered.

The drivers were professional, punctual and friendly, and most importantly, every item arrived safely and was returned to us in perfect condition.

Planning a wedding can be stressful, so having a reliable company we could completely trust was invaluable. We wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and would highly recommend them to anyone needing careful transport for valuable or fragile items.

Very fair prices, paid a small amount booking fee and the rest of the payment was taken automatically from my account upon delivery.
Was informed goods had been collected from one address and would be delivered to me within 30 minutes, and it was.
Van driver was very helpful bringing the goods in.
Would recommend Porta for all removals, large or small
