Update : received a message regarding my order today, it is being despatched today 17th August, they were out of stock of one of my items, that was why the delay....not sure why my messages went unanswered but l am happy that all is well.
Review 2nd August: l placed an order on 2nd July and it is still showing as processing on my account. Despite numerous emails to customer service l have not received any reply.

Still not recieve my order
EDIT :
They replied via WhatsApp after 1 month since I sent them texts. They said my package got lost and they tried to claim it with post office. Then they sent my order again and this time it arrived well. So, I return here to edit my reviews but still don't satified with their lack of communication with customer. ONE month to reply is still unacceptable.

It has been almost 2 months and I'm still not recieve my order nor any tracking number.
My order number is IFAHYGBAD.
Atleast if they provide tracking number, it will show that they really sent my package. But they don't, so it's only mean they still not send it at all. And they don't response to me in every ways I've try to contact them.
Please be careful when you decide to place order at this website.

I’ve read some negative reviews but don’t agree. I have been using this company for years. They are still trading regardless of what some people say. I had online chat with very helpful person regarding my order. Yes, you have to wait a bit for your order but it’s coming from abroad. I always pay with PayPal and never had any problems. Will use them again absolutely.

I see many new reviews, so this page must be still active…as from my previeus 2 alerts, still awaiting to receive order placed on 19th May. Lost 210 €, no responce, no answer, nothing. I never received my order
I never received my order, which was never shipped. 350€ lost, and as the company’s location and identity are quite shady, there’s no way to make any request.
No answer from the support (email, WhatsApp or Facebook).

Unfortunately I often have issues with the payments in your internet shop. Finally I alway able to pay but what is strange - banks and even PayPal often don't allow payment to your account. Otherwise this always is solved with several tries but it disturbs a lot.

Encima de "añadir al carrito" puede elegir los comprimidos que desea adquirir. Usted ha seleccionado 2 comprimidos (20,52€) si desea los 6 comprimidos sería 60,14€. Como puede observar es una diferencia muy grande de precio.
Si desea puede realizar la devolución del pedido. Por otra parte, para otra ocasión puede preguntarnos antes de realizar la compra.
