Delivery of medicine was too late for our dog who passed away in the meantime. Supplier didn't inform us of late delivery. We refused to collect shipment and Supplier (Portalmascota) didn't refund purchase.
Not just that they didn't refund purchase (over 400 EUR), they are ignoring me completely, not answering e-mails.
Never again.
Can't recomend.

In my opinion, the product offer is extremely deceptive as the image of the product box appears while you are buying only one tablet for the price of 15 € per tablet (22 € with shipping costs) which is much more than what is charged by other sites (see eg Pharmily.it, less than 10€ per tablet). Moreover it lacked any medicine leaflet.
An offer that seemed very affordable (perhaps too much, but sometimes promotions happen) turned out to be very expensive
For this reason it is important to understand very well what you are ordering. I do a lot of online shopping and this is the first time I have made such a mistake

Tuve que esperar una semana entera solo para que Portalmascota aceptara mi pago; tengo una confirmación bancaria de que el pago fue al día siguiente de su parte. Después de otras 2 semanas, no pasó nada: mi pedido no se ha enviado. Mientras leo otras reseñas, entiendo que podría haber un problema con el transporte ya que hay una huelga, pero ¿por qué el portal no ha enviado ninguna información o respuesta a mis correos electrónicos? (emails del 7, 10, 16, 18 y 21.03)

Publicar información sobre la cancelación del pedido no ayudará, ya que todo lo que quería era recibir una respuesta, por ejemplo, "los trabajadores del transporte están en huelga; su pedido se retrasará, pero lo enviaremos pronto", pero aun así era demasiado pedir.

¡Hoy he recibido el paquete que estaba casi vacío! ¡He pedido 100 paquetes y he recibido solo 10! Esto es indignante después del último incidente sin respuestas: la persona que incluyó la factura en el paquete vio la cantidad y pensó que puedo comprar 1 pastilla de un paquete completo. La última vez no hubo respuesta de ellos a ninguno de mis correos electrónicos; esta vez, si no obtengo respuesta, me pondré en contacto con la policía.

I had to wait a whole week just for my payment to be accepted by Portalmascota - I have an bank confirmation that payment was on the next day on their side. After another 2 weeks nothing happend - my order hasn't been send. As I read other reviews I understand there might be a problem with transportation since there's a strike but why the portal hasn't send any information or reply on my emails? (emails from 7, 10, 16, 18 and 21.03)

Posting informations about cancelling the order won't help since all I wanted is to receive a reply that i.e. "transportation workers are on strike - your order will be delayed but we will send it soon" - but still it was too much to ask.

Today I've received the package that was almost empty! I've ordered 100 packs and received only 10! This is outrageous after last incident with no answers - the person that included the invoice into the package saw the quantity and thought that I can buy 1 pill from a compleat package?! Last time there was no answer from them to any of my emails - this time - if I'll get no answer - I'll contact the police.
