Bought a coat in-store on Saturday 18 April. It was displayed at £500 with no indication of any sale. The salesman reduced it to £400 and then £375, which I assumed was a discretionary discount.

Afterwards I checked online and found the coat listed at £374.99 — meaning the lower price was already available and should have been made clear. Under UK consumer protection rules, retailers must not mislead customers about pricing, so this was disappointing.

If you shop in the physical store, I strongly recommend checking their online prices first.

This leather bag is crafted exquisitely, and I'm absolutely thrilled with it.

Ordered my new travel bag from Porterbello it came promptly it was a very good quantity bag which I am sure will last a long time other bags that I have had although not leather just did not stand the test of time as I do travel a lot overall a good service

Quality product sold as expected and super efficient shipping

Wow my bag has just arrived and it’s amazing what more can I say!

I bought the same bag from them twice. The first time (shipoing address was for Bulgaria) they canceled my order, without even advicing me. I received a mail from PayPal in which I discovered the reason was that shipping costs were too high. They started the refund process, so that I received the mail from PayPal, but they never completed it (on purpose) so my money never came. I contected them for 3 weeks, complaining about the delay, and they always answered me that for sure it was a problem from PayPal. Only when I said I wanted buy it again, delivering the product to another country (Italy this time and meanwhile I specifically asked to check every possible tax to Italy and to let me know if they could deliver there, and they told me to buy it again) , and that without getting my money back I couldn't buy again the product, only in this moment they completed the refund and I got my money.
So I bought a second time the product. First problem, they didn't have the colour I bought on their website, even if it was available on their website, I agreed to buy a different color. Second problem, they contacted me complaining about the sure custom fees that Italy would apply to the shipping, reason why they didn't want to deliver anymore. Absolutely not true!! Italy doesn't apply any custom tax on product from England, not before Brexit, nor after Brexit. I told them this, so the problem became VAT tax, that if I wanted them to deliver the product I had to pay by myself the VAT tax that is around 22-23% of the cost if the product, and I want to specufie that the website already added me around 15£ extra for the shipping, when I bought the product. So I let them realise how bothered I was after all this, and how much unserious and unprofessional they have been, especially since the second time a asked to check every possible taxes before me to buy the product again. Their answer? They blocked me on WhatsApp and stopped replying by mail. Also this time they started the refund process, and after 10 days they still never completed it, that means they never sent the money back. All this took around one month and a half, and now I have to wait another month that the complain timing of PayPal will end, in order to get my money back from PayPal. I'm pretty sure this is how they try every time to fraud people, since if you don't pay attention, once you get the refund mail from PayPal you think the money have been already sent, but then they never send them. This is their trick.
FOR ALL BUYER: DON'T BUY FROM THEM!! IF YOU WILL, USE PAYPAL!!!! THE ONLY WAY TO DON'T LOSE YOUR MONEY!!!

Very helpful with details about the exact cut of leather used in the holdalls, when I enquired. Quick delivery, good quality product. Bought for a friend's birthday and he loved it. Just hope it lasts as the price is comparatively low... Only time will tell!

Excellent service and would definitely recommend. The bag I originally ordered was out of stock but was replaced with a larger beautiful bag at no extra cost.
