As a returning customer I was not made aware that their charging of EVs had been cancelled! Had I been notified of this change in policy I would have fully charged before parking, the result of their actions added a considerable delay before we could commence our journey home. As we own a Tesla it’s pretty safe to assume it’s all electric!
