I bought my Portus AIO almost 2 years ago, and with a couple of minor initial issues resolved painlessly, have been happy with my computer until recently, when I experienced frequent blue screen crashes. By this time I had forgotten that I had a 3 year warranty (never been needed), and approached Portus for any comment on the issue and whether it was a Windows issue. Aaron has been mega helpful with advice and arranged for my computer to be returned, investigated and updated to Windows 11 - they even sent out a box for me to pack my AIO into for return. In summary, Portus are the most accommodating, customer focused business I have had the pleasure of dealing with in many years - long may it continue.

Excellent service from this company, I ordered on Tuesday afternoon and my new PC was delivered on Thursday morning. Setup was super easy, plug it in, switch it on and hey presto everything was working within minutes. I certainly would recommend them to anyone.

Whilst researching the internet for a replacement computer, I discovered Portus Digital, a UK based company who do their own computer assembly.

After reading various reviews, I contacted the company with a view to purchasing a new computer. All email and telephone enquiries about Portus products were answered promptly by Aaron or Steve.

In May 2022, I bought a customised 27" AIO computer and an optical drive. Following payment, I quickly received my computer via Parcel Force. The AIO computer was competitively priced, easy to set-up and is a substantial good looking device. Based on my personal experience, I would not hesitate to recommend Portus Digital.

Just wanted to say Thank you to you and your company for an excellent All in One computer. Delivered with a week from ordering. I chose the 27 in model with 32gb Ram. It is so fast, and super quiet and does everything I need it to do with additional capacity ready. Great to find a British company that did just what I needed, rather than the over priced under spec versions of the big retailers. Thank you!

Absolutely positive experience with this company. I contacted them before the purchase as I needed some information. The answer was quick and clear, Aaron was extremely helpfula nd efficient. Purchase was easy, delivery was fast and flawless. The computer (a Portus Omega 27" AIO) is great, I could set it up in no time, and that thing is fast and flawless. The cost is very reasonable, when you consider the specifics of the machine and compare it with prices you normally see for less powerful machines. And CPU, RAM and storage can be upgarded. The company will even collect the packaging at no extra-cost if you do not wish to keep it or recycle it yourself. Highly recommended.

Aaron has been amazing. He treated me like I was actually in his shop. He paid attention to every step of my journey. Exemplary customer service. It’s a product that is locally made and when I had a little trouble shooting issues. Super Aaron was right on the case. Collection of unused package was also quite smooth. Keep up the brilliant work.

I had never heard of Portus Digital up until 14 or so days ago, however I that time I have bought myself an aio pc from them i have dealt with Aaron in great lengths to get everything specced up to my exact specifications nothing was too much of a problem for Aaron and the team at Portus Digital he kept me informed almost hourly on the process and status of my order Aaron is a lovely, professional & polite person to deal with (also very patient to deal with myself) I look forward to many years of trouble free experiences on my new aio and I will definitely consider Portus Digital for my next machine, all in all a very good company to deal with and I really cant understand the bad reviews on here as my experience from the very beginning has been 100% top class!!

After much research I decided to buy a Portus all in one. I got the i7 27 inch machine with 512SSD and 2TB HDD. I have had the machine for nearly 3 months now and it has been excellent in every respect. It handles everything i throw at it. From day to day office work to photo editing. I initially approached the company with a few questions about the machines and they were answered quickly and in full, overall very helpful and informative. The three year guarantee is excellent. I enjoy using the machine and it saves so much space over a tower but has the same sort of power. These are excellent machines.

Brilliant company to deal with.

Requesting a slight upgrade to my order on purchase was easy, low cost and didn't add any additional time to delivery.

The PD-B02 is fast, smooth and quiet. Upgraded to 16gb RAM as I'm running a popular DAW. So far taking everything in it's stride.

Not much else to say at this point. Definitely a company I would recommend and use again myself 👍

Right from my first contact via the chat on their site I found Portus Digital to be helpful and professional.
I'm not particularly tech minded so the advice was very appreciated.
I've had my computer and other products for over a month now and if anything they have exceeded my expectations.

Purchased an all in one computer 2 years ago, fabulous machine absolutely love it. Encountered a problem, contacted Portus, they arranged not only collection, but sent appropriate packaging for safe return, had it back just a week later, covered by warranty, restored as new.

I recently purchased the all in one portus 24inch A10/103.
If you want a good computer that's fast and 1TB hard drive, WiFi, Bluetooth, This is the one, British made, the guys are very helpful, any problems are dealt with quickly, iv always had acer but this beats it. Would definitely recommend this company. I'm very happy and the price is cheaper if you go direct, amazon charge 899, buy direct for 849. And delivery was next day.

Initially bought the 27inch all in one pc. The whole purchase experience in terms of price and the purchase was really great. Aaron & Henry provided a service second to none. On the back of this, we bought another gaming pc which was built to exactly what we needed. Keep up the great service and work.

Exceptional service. Firstly, the quality and value for money from Portus is unmatched. I had been shopping for an 'all in one' model for ages, and getting nowhere - either having to compromise on power/features or having to up the budget beyond my means. Portus' all in one models are absolutely packed with power and at a really fair price tag too.

Secondly, when I found that the gaming all in one I bought was a little noisy (the super-powered GPU fan was on all the time) for doing basic stuff like word processing, I asked Aaron at Portus if there was any chance I could exchange my GPU for a quieter one. I expected him to say no (accept it as it is or return the whole pc). Instead, he and the team took ownership of my concerns, organised for the pc to be collected and taken back to their HQ. They then benchmarked the fan noise and researched alternative, quieter GPU options. They promptly installed an equally powerful GPU (but with a brilliant "0db" feature meaning the fans switch off when you're not gaming) and sent the updated rig back to me. Now, it's perfect!

Long review, I know, but I hope that reassures anoyone who might not have heard of Portus - go with them, you will be glad you did :)

Bought one about a year ago. Have had absolutely no issues at all. I do a lot of 3D CAD work and it handles any and all my models and assemblies with ease.
It is compact and looks so much more tidy with the bare minimum of cables etc.
I was impressed enough to get another one for my wife, who is not easy to please, and she loves it.
As the minimum requirements increase for various software packages, I hope Portus keep up so I can keep using their machines.
It is a shame there are only 5 stars, I would have given them 10.
