I'm delighted with the computer. Delivered on time with an excellent courier company. The computer looks great and set up was very easy and quick. Wireless mouse and keyboard connected with no problems. A simple set up manual in the box would have been great and useful. Overall though I'm very happy with my purchase.

I have now had my Portus Pro AIO-101 24 for one month, and I've found it to be an excellent piece of kit. I needed answers to some questions before purchase, and Aaron was endlessly patient and helpful. Upon ordering I was a given a four-day delivery date but unfortunately that didn't work out because Parcel Force misplaced my package. However that was quickly sorted and the pc duly arrived well-packed in fully recyclable packaging. The pc was replacing a Lenovo laptop that ran on an older version of the Intel I-5 processor. I was surprised by how much faster the later version I-5 on the Portus is. It's very fast! The features are excellent. I especially like the height adjustment of the monitor; the capability to rotate it to Portrait mode; and the horizontal rotation; - all these a very helpful to me because I have a spinal condition, and it's one of the main reasons I chose the Portus in the first place. I use the pc for business and personal (but don't do gaming etc), and so far I've found it a perfect choice. The kit is high quality and well-built. The Wi-Fi connection between the keyboard and monitor is good, the mouse switches off automatically for 'sleep' etc, and is switched back on simply by a left click. Everything is working exactly as it should. Further ahead, the fact that the unit has been designed to be easily upgradable rather than replaced is a big plus point. I do have a couple of little niggles (maybe they're just my foibles!): 1) the instruction sheet available to download for the device is incomplete, incorrect, and out of date and should be reviewed asap. 2) I don't like the fact that when sitting in front of the screen it's not possible to see the small blue power/disk light in the bottom right corner of the monitor surround. 3) the most annoying thing I've found so far is that the Cap Lock on the keyboard doesn't have an indicator light showing whether it's on or off, and I've been caught out by unexpected capitals numerous times. Finally, I sent all the packing and two old laptops back to Portus for recycling - all free of charge!
In summary, based on my experience: Portus Digital is a good firm with excellent ethos and customer service. I am impressed with the quality of the kit and value for money; and the unit does everything I want - but much faster than I expected. Highly recommended, and five stars well-deserved.

Have been looking to replace my windows 7 PC and came across Portus Digital. Read all the excellent reviews and decided to give them a try. Ordered a new PC and arrived within a matter of days. So far the machine has worked extremely well straight out of the box and have not had any problems at all. The service has been excellent from ordering and speaking to Adam Critchard with initial queries which he sorted out very quickly and to my satisfaction. Despite some concern about the number of great reviews which in this day and age is hard to find, I am impressed with there level of service and would not hesitate about buying from them again. Very good value for money

its a 5 star service ! my thanks to Aaron for his great help, can you believe the PC turned up within 24 hours after ordering in the morning. seems a really great bit of kit (AIO 102 model ) I did a lot of research and this spec at this price was the best I could find. the keyboard does not quite match the quality of the rest of the kit, but that's changeable.

I'm a novice in computer terms but have a little knowledge on them.When I received the PC parcel it was clear that the sellers took a pride in making sure that the packing was perfect and after 10 minutes or so I found the pc had the same care and attention.It was so easy to set up and have found everything was trouble free.It's a pleasure to be using this pc and for a novice that's saying something.Well done Portus.

Very good spec computer for the money and great service. I didn't like the basic keyboard and retained my old one - probably would be better not to supply one and let the customer choose the quality they want either from Portus or elsewhere. The pop-up web cam is disappointing, I have to lower the screen and tilt it down, which I don't need to on my wife's computer which is a similar design. Also the resolution and sensitivity to backlight are not good as my old computer. However, these are minor points and I would not hestitate in recommending Portus.

Very easy to set up, works well, brilliant for anyone with poor vision.

Delivery was fast and PC was well packaged - double boxed and padding in between the boxes.

Service was great, I do think though that there should be some documentation with the machine. I am an experienced computer user and didn't have a problem but I can imagine that someone less experienced may have problems identifying ports etc or what to do if there are equipment issues.

I bought a Decimus AIO-106. The computer is good, but there are limitations and quirks. The delivery was swift but not as requested. There is no manual: a card in the packaging gives a URL to get setup instructions, but the page doesn't exist.The setup is quirky (the HDD was hidden; fortunately I'm an experienced user, and I went to Disk Management to assign a drive letter to it). Bluetooth is excellent, but the internal wifi is completely inadequate, offering only intermittent recption; I've had to attach an adapter. The camera and microphone are not very good, and difficult to control, possibly because they have not been connected internally in a way that can be managed by proprietary Realtek drivers.

Great machine, quick and responsive for the price. Would have benefited from an improved camera and forward facing speaker. Keyboard and mouse is adequate but I will replace them for a better quality feel. Otherwise I would have rated 5 stars.
