I have been buying from Posh Peanut for over a year now and I have never had any issues with my packages, however, my last package shipped with USPS was showing up as delivered but I never got the package. I waited about a week before contacting customer service and their representative Queen was so nice and help me get the issue resolved. I love the fact that they did everything on their end to make my unfortunate experience more satisfying.

Fabulous customer service! I recently moved and forgot to update my shipping address on one of my payment options. As soon as I clicked submit, I realized my error. I contacted support and received a message back as soon as they were in office. They remedied my situation quickly, and I am so grateful!

When placing an order with Posh Peanut, I used the wrong shipping address and emailed them asking if they could correct the address, which they promptly did. Thank you Posh Peanut for your help! It's this kind of customer service that fosters repeat customers! Not to mention, their products are adorable and great quality!

Posh Peanut always delivers an excellent product and customer service experience!! I have ordered from here for 6 years and I have only needed to contact customer service once!! They took care of my issue like it was a high priority! The issue was on the delivery company end. They resolved it within 24 hours!! Great experience and it was not canned responses!! Well done!!

Cherry & Queen have both been lovely over the years of me needing to contact customer service! I was blocked from their VIP group for no reason. And now I’ve tries reaching out over 3 times and my messages won’t deliver to the company and they won’t answer emails. If this is the new customer service way of this company, I would highly suggest everyone to AVOID buying!!

This was my first experience ordering from Posh. Once I entered my information I received a text with a code for 10% discount. The code did not work but I went ahead and placed my order. The next day I emailed asking for the 10% refund. They replied and honored the discount refund. To me this is a company that can be trusted. My experience was amazing!!

Posh Peanut has me hooked. It started when I bought loungewear for my daughter, who was expecting twins. Then I built a wardrobe for our boy/girl twins. The mix and match is easy, the prints are gorgeous, and the fabrics are truly scrumptious. Everything washes well and keeps its shape, so the longevity is real. Fast forward, we are prepping for our second set of twins (not the same daughter) and I am just as excited. They will be Posh Princesses!

Assisted and made my issue a priority, when delivery was not delivered. The pajamas are amazing, design and quality and I’m so glad I ordered them!

PJ's arrived with a broken zipper--customer service had a new one on it's way before even responding to my email requesting a replacement.
