One of my pieces was damaged and I received quick remediation via email through their support staff 10 out of 10 recommend!

I moved not looking ago and when I made my purchase the platform I was using reverted to my old address for shipping. I was able to contact the customer service and they updated my shipping address quickly so my purchase will come to the correct address.

Posh is hands down my favorite bamboo brand. However bamboo is a delicate thing at times. My order of 4 items came and one had a minor flaw - Right away Queen replaced it for me not to long after sending an email! She is very good at taking care of us Posh moms!

Adorable baby outfit. Great quality. I had an issue during checkout that was quickly resolved over the weekend. Would recommend the brand to others.

I have long been a fan of Posh Peanut for their beautiful designs and super soft, stretchy bamboo clothing. I just recently needed to utilize their customer service for the first time when I mistakenly placed the same order twice (entirely my own fault). Queen responded very promptly and was able to cancel and refund the duplicate order without any hassle. I was blown away by how friendly, helpful, and efficient she was!

I mistakenly filled in the incorrect delivery address when placing an order. I emailed customer service as soon as I realized what I had done; they responded very quickly and corrected my mistake in a very timely manner.

Customer service was very responsive to my questions and found a way to accommodate my request.

I recently placed a large order as a Christmas gift for my daughter (and purchased the PP wrapping as well), but unfortunately the package was delivered empty by USPS. I was anxious about losing both the items—especially since collections sell out quickly—and the money spent because USPS had essentially “lost” my mail.

PP’s customer service immediately stepped in with kindness and reassurance, offering to replace and reship my entire order with no hassle. While I hate to see a company lose merchandise due to USPS, it meant a lot to see PP stand behind their products and their customers.

After discovering an incident at home where porch pirates had stolen multiple packages, I realized I had placed an order with Posh Peanut just a couple of hours before. I immediately emailed their customer care team to request a shipping address change for a more secure delivery. Had a very easy time dealing with an issue regarding a price change. The customer service was so kind and immediately gave me a credit. I really hope that if PP is reading this they keep their Christmas pajamas the same year after year so that moms like me, trying to still grow their family, can purchase the same pattern to match the family without having to go broke buying all new ones year after year!
