I ordered an adapter for the Nuna Pipa baby car seat that would allow for it to fit onto the Vista stroller. Within the 2 weeks realized I didn't need the item any longer, but, customer service wouldn't not allow for a full refund. Not only that, they would not send me a shipping label!! In today's day that's a big "no-no" for me and likely the majority of customers. The shipping alone was $30 due to the size and item was only worth $50. Very poor customer service, I will never by anything from this company again.

I ordered 3 hair accessory boxes in september and have still not recieved them 11 weeks after ordering. I have repeatedly been fobbed off and am now being ignored by the company. Absolutely shocking service and will be taking this further

I bought the Elf on the Shelf PJs for my kids, the quality is excellent, they are absolutely beautiful & was kept in the loop throughout the order process, will def shop again, thank you xx

Omg i cant believe all these bad reviews.Im a first time buyer with this company and i have nothing but praise for this lady.communication from start to finish was amazing,i wasnt sure of the sizing on ordering elf pyjamas,this lady went out of her way to assist me in ordering right size.I was informed on ordering that item would be at least 3-4 weeks and that was fine as needed for Dec and so worth the wait as the quality of pyjamas is absolutely beautiful.Thankyou so much and will definitely order again.

Ordered a doll from here and had no order confirmation. Waited 2-3 weeks then messaging asking for one. Said they would look but didn't get back to me. Messaged 2 days later asking again being very nice as I understand how busy life can get. Still no order confirmation and money was taken 2-3 weeks ago. Email on website doesn't work. Email on fb is the wrong one. She sent me another email address's which is a totally different name to her company. Has now asked her friends and followers to leave good reviews on here so people can ignore the fact this company doesn't respond to questions asked such as providing a confirmation order number even though alot of money has been taken. The lady was very rude in her responses to me which then made me request a refund. Still waiting but can take up to 5 days after which I understand. Would not recommend after how awful the communication has been and no order confirmation after spending so much money!

DID NOT RECEIVE MY ORDER!!! Ordered a school dress in January and it’s now November, STILL NO ITEM OR REFUND!! The owner of the company has blocked me on instagram and is asking people for reviews on her Facebook page! THIS WOMAN NEEDS STOPPED! SCAMMER

I ordered i Spanish doll for my daughter. Because of reviews left on here I was Panicking that I had been scammed. So I messaged the Facebook page and got a reply straight away. Still questioning if it was a scam
I messaged again and again always a polite reply back. They explained it could be up to 30days I explained it was for my daughters birthday and they told me it would be here on time My order came and what a beautiful doll my daughter is going to LOVE it.

Very good company, I ordered my daughters matching pyjamas for Christmas. When I ordered them it clearly stated the turnaround time so I knew I would have to wait a while and this was absolutely fine. I received them last week and I am over the moon with this. Absolutely amazing quality and would definitely purchase from this company again.

PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE ABSOLUTELY SCAMMERS! You will never receive the item they delete comments on Facebook of people chasing their orders! Report them! This has been going on for years but they delete everything. I have been in contact with others who are being ripped off by them stay away!

My friend had put in an order in May hasn't recieved goods and failed to answer any messages this company is about to be under investigation DO NOT PURCHASE if it was genuine they wouldn't be posting bank details avoid this company as it's FAKE

Still never received my order over 3 months later. Been blocked from their Facebook page. Luckily my bank have now refunded me after sending the proof I’ve been scammed.

This company is a scam. Ordered 2 easter bunny's but they never arrived, no refund and I've now been blocked from commenting on any posts, along with anyone else who trys to warn others or question them. They post on facebook to say they have been sending orders but by the looks of it no one ever receives anything. Avoid at all costs this company is not legit. Stealing from parents ordering for their children, disgusting scum of the earth.

Worse company ever, ordered 2 Easter dolls jan 13th still no dolls. Not replying to my Facebook messages and now not replying to my emails. They have also now removed me from there Facebook group and removed comments from other customers who have not received goods. I’ve asked for refund and not was told no because items been sent asked for tracking and now they are ignoring my emails.

Ordered from here a couple of times now, I’m only leaving a review because I’m shocked people seem to have so many issues with them.
Communication was great, something I ordered wasn’t in stock so they emailed and offered me something else plus a 10% off code for the inconvenience, was sent well within the 30 working day turnaround and the items were lush

I ordered a school dress in August 2021 its now January 2022 and I still haven't received it. I messaged many times on Facebook and was told there was delays and they would look into it. But they never looked into my order just the same response again and again. Then they told me to email about the order. So I also emailed the details of my order and again was told they would look into it. I've never received an update since. I'm actually sick of messaging and asking about my order and I've still not received my order or the refund. I will never use this company again.
