Please do not order from this company. You won't receive your order and the customer service is shocking. After message after message I have now been blocked. I ordered a frilly school dress in May 2021 I am still waiting for the dress or a refund.. every message I sent gets the reply "I'll chase this up for you, you should have received it by now" then never get a reply.

Awful!! Avoid at all costs!

Placed an order with them online and got no order confirmation. Luckily I had taken a screenshot of my order number. Emails were being ignored so I messaged them on Facebook and they did reply and said they had a problem with their system. Clearly not their payment system.... when I messaged again to ask about delivery and timescales they blocked me and blocked me from commenting on any of their posts on their page. UTTER SCAM! Taken up my issue with my credit card company so hopefully they can help but honestly save yourself the stress and bother. Much better genuine sellers on Etsy selling the same things.

Never shopped with a company so bad to cut a long story short I ordered clothes from here never recieved them no communication atall until I kept trying once they told me I must of mixed up companies then blocked me absolutely shocking so I have payed money for nothing AVOID shopping here

I ordered 2 dresses 8 weeks ago I messaged them but got no reply. I opened a case on PayPal when I realised they have a different business name to the site I had ordered from. It’s off the stand unfortunately I also had the same experience with this company I ordered a doll house 3 months before Christmas then 2 days before Christmas I find out it’s not coming. They obviously got a bad name & changed it to posh tots. Take my advice & avoid

Worst company I've ever dealt with! I don't even know where to begin with how bad my experience was! Also they will deny this review is about them. My experience was just like the other reviews on here - but they will tell you it's a different company with the same name. No, it's them that's this awful.
I ordered a dress from them via instagram messages. They always replied until the moment I paid them, once they had my money I didn't hear from them.
After 3 months of waiting and still no item, I constantly messaged, emailed etc to find out where my order was.
When they finally replied (after alot of messages from me) it was clear they had forgot about my order.
They continued to ignore me for a long time. I messaged daily. Eventually they told me they had made the item and it was on it's way to me. 3 weeks later I still didn't have my item. They ignored all my messages again. Then I asked for tracking about 5 times, they said they would send it to me and never did. Eventually they briefly replied and said there was an 'administration error' and that it is slightly delayed.
Weeks later still no item and constantly ignored my request for a refund . They acknowledged I didnt have them item and told me I was still not entitled to a refund.
They will do anything to keep your money, they didn't apologise for the awful service and they reply with attitude (when they decide to reply). Getting a reply from this company was extremely hard work. They do not care one bit about customer service. They would always find time to post memes on their facebook page but would not reply to my Facebook messages. Also they have bought their followers - which says it all really!
Eventually I'd had enough and sought professional advice. I was told to report them to Trading Standards and HMRC.
I told Posh Tots that I was going to do this - they obviously have something to hide as this is when they eventually refunded me. They sent me a refund along with a nasty message.
Do not buy from here, if you do enough research you will find a lot of complaints about them.
They also delete anyone's comments from their posts when questioned about their order. They are scam artists. Beware!

I ordered a bag from Poshtotsclothing.com in the middle of July, the order was confirmed and paid for via PayPal. When the item didn't arrive I tried repeatedly to contact the company via email and their FaceBook page - but never received an answer. It is now the 27 August and I have had no feedback from this company.
