Simon was very helpful

Simon was very helpful and provide the necessary information to connect to the back office. He research the error message and found out I have the wrong address. He even called me back after the research to make sure that I could connect. Very helpful.

Rep Simon Sanare was a very good listener. I literally had 8 questions and he researched and answered each question. If he didn’t handle a particular question or able to get me started with e-commerce, he provided me with contact person information in order to get it set up. Thank you Simon for your patience.

THEY LIES about every thing specially about scan data they charge you right away nd send POS but once you receive its nothing like you see in videos they are just making people full nd try to make an extra money bcz when you return their pos they wil check nd takes forever to refund your money and they will charge you for all extra charges be care full with this company sales person will tell you that they do have scan data program nd everything but they do not and than sales person will never answer the phone, instead of charging customer all the extra charges nd wasting their time nd money focus on improve ur customer service and provide more services which customers wants

Your refund has been approved and you have been refunded your payment at this point. We did wait until you shipped the system back to us and then it took a few days to check in your return, but your refund is complete at this point. Please do let us know if we can assist further. Thank you.

Called about getting their pos system…

Called about getting their pos system for my 5 smoke shop dan refused to give prices and was very rude he needs to learn customer service skills then he started texting me still refused to give prices

My employee and I enjoyed working with…

My employee and I enjoyed working with Rebecca H during our training session. She was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. She took the time to answer all of our questions, even the ones that were basic or seemed silly. She also made sure that we understood the material before moving on.

I was particularly impressed with her teaching skills. She has a natural ability to explain complex concepts in a way that is easy to understand. She is also very patient and understanding, which is important when working with new or inexperienced users.

Her background as a teacher plays a big role in her ability to do such a great job in her current position. As a teacher, she has had to learn how to communicate with students of all ages and abilities effectively. She has also had to learn how to manage her time and resources. These skills are essential for any customer success manager, as they are constantly interacting with customers and helping them to solve problems.

Overall, I was very impressed with her performance. She is a valuable asset to the IT retail team, and I am confident she will continue doing a great job.

Great support for their ComCash POS ERP

POS Nation recently acquired ComCash and we were happy ComCash customers before acquisition. Really happy that POS Nation, as appears to me, kept ComCash support team intact, so they can provide the same great level of service as pre acquisition. Overall, ComCash cloud is a great POS ERP, very rich in functionality and is perfect for our grocery business.
