Delays and high shipping costs
Ordered within lead time but we were forced to pay overnight shipping because "you didn't indicate a delivery date." Product were also missing some items in the kit and didn't have sides.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your candid feedback with us. I am disappointed to hear that we failed to meet your expectations. After reviewing your order with the team here is my understanding of what happened.
Our standard turn time is 4-6 business days and this time of the year that tends to be closer to 6 days due to the busy trade show season. Unfortunately the final artwork was uploaded and the proof was approved too late to meet your deadline by ground shipping. The order was updated to 3-day shipping after obtaining your approval in order to make your in hand deadline. We did meet that requirement and your order was charged for and shipped by 3-day air.
The sides were not missing from the order, this product has optional endcaps which were not ordered and the order confirmation clearly states “no Endcaps”. The artwork that was uploaded to us from your designer used the No Endcap template and the artwork proof that was approved did not show endcaps. We certainly want you to be happy with the final product and if you would be interested in getting these redone with endcaps, I’ve authorized your Project Manager to give you a discount to make that happen.
We did however drop the ball on failing to send you two attachment parts for your LED lights. Upon notification of this issue the replacement parts were sent immediately by Next Day Air. I’m sorry these were missed, that's certainly not the norm for us and we have addressed this with the team to ensure this mistake doesn’t happen again.
Again, I’m sorry things did not go smoothly for you with this order, but as far as I can see we did produce and ship everything on time and as ordered except for the missing light attachment which was immediately remedied. Great experience from beginning to end of purchase!
