Prints never arrived, still waiting for refund.

I ordered a load of prints for my wife’s birthday. As it was from a co . UK website I assumed that it was coming from UK but the company is actually in Germany & uses a number of different websites in different countries. Despite me emailing their customer services numerous times, after 3 weeks the prints have not even left Germany for the UK. Their customer services were not any help & just told me to be patient. I am still waiting for a refund & I will have to place my order with another company

Nightmare delivery by UPS

Nightmare delivery by UPS, damaged packaging and package held in UPS for 8 days . Only delivered when I spent an hour on the phone escalating. Not great quality prints or frames. If you live in UK use a domestic supplier, this German firm make cheap products and deliveries are at the mercy of an out of control UPS

Bad shipment packaging but solved quickly and properly trough customer service

Product packaging needs to be improved to prevent shipment damage!!
Customer service is easy reachable and respond within the day and provide proper solutions!

The poster came with a fold (they must saw the fold before packaging the poster since the fold is quite huge and they sent it anyway). Fortunatelly, it is less visible after putting the poster in the glass frame but if you know about it you can still see it.

Ups is not able to deliver

Ups is not able to deliver. I tried to contact with no result. My posters are in Athens but i cannot get them.
