Overall nice, with a few "but"s

No delivery to Luxembourg anymore.
There was a chip off on the frame, but it was small, i covered it with black marker.
The quality is very nice, but I think the colors are a bit off, compared to the original (compared to the photos i took in a museum).
Wooden frame is very good. Looks very nice on the wall.

At the same time, we’re truly sorry to hear about the small chip on the frame and the slight difference in colours compared to the original. Colour deviations can sometimes occur due to differences between RGB (used in digital photos) and CMYK (used in print), which can slightly affect how colours appear in print.

Unfortunately, we currently do not ship to Luxembourg. However, we are constantly reviewing and expanding our delivery zones, so we hope to be able to serve Luxembourg again in the future.

One corner of the frame was damaged

One of the corners of the frame was damaged, and it was damaged before it was wrapped and posted. I know because the box it was sent in was undamaged. I can only assume they employ people to put the otherwise lovely product in the boxes who are.. let's call them less than dedicated. That or as long as they get your money they're like, ‘Meh’.

There was a card inside saying, "Nous ne sommes satisfaits que si vous l'êtes aussi" (We're not satisfied unless you are, too.) Nothing to the effect that if you're not satisfied please tell us first.

Unlawful cookie policy in use. They pretend you can turn off their third party vendor cookies (the worst kind) but you can’t, which is unlawful under consumer law.

Parklounge apartment

We liked the area very much. Unfortunately was the sofa "broken". You could not sit on the right side , there were no curtains in the livingroom, no place to hang the towels in the bathroom and kitchen. It had been nice with extra pillow and blanket in each sleepingroom.
The internet was very bad, we could not use our laptop and the tv didn't work.

Fabulous Canvas

Fabulous Canvas, good quality and arrived to me from overseas in good condition. The Canvas did take about 3 weeks to arrive but that was down to UK Customs but it was well worth the wait. I would highly recommend Posterlounge, a very happy customer indeed.

Perfect Customer Relationship Management

Excellent product, very friendly team, strongly customer-focused . . . on the first item shippment, the frame was bent (due to bad handling by the logistics agency) so a second item was shipped free of charge and it has been delivered in perfect condition - thank you very much
