Where is the customer service?
We received the wrong poster in the mail and have not been able to get in contact with anyone to switch it up or organize a return. We have never had an email or call returned.
Stay away from this company, they scam, take your money, and then you never hear back from them. Stay away from using them!
My wife ordered a Birthday present for me on the 14th September 2021, and despite following up with an email requesting the whereabouts of the parcel, and a chat request, we have received NO communication whatsoever. It is now the 30th November 2021, and we have lost all hope of getting the parcel. Stay away from this company, they scam, take your money, and then you never hear back from them. Again Stay away from using them, you will regret it, if you give them your money!

Great experience using Postertown, despite an error when ordering, causing I didn't receive a confirmation on my first order, I ordered one again. Later on I found out that I paid and received two posters. A refund from Postertown happened immediately and I didn't have to return the poster. Great service! :-)
