Crap
Crap. No customer service when you need it. Can’t call them. App asks for your CPR number even if you’re confirming with MitID. They sent a parcel back to a depo on Jutland instead of placing it in the agreed place or delivering it to the pickup point. Bring back the post offices!

From being "the worst-shipping company in the Nordics" to one follow the best, PostNord has really turned things around the past 5+ years! Gone are the days of ghost delivery attempts, smashed packages and futile customer service. Over the past year, the company's communication has improved tremendously so you know when your shipment will arrive. You can provide door codes for the drivers which helps for a successful delivery. And packages have arrived in great shape. Keep up the great work!
Very reliable parcel service
I was away on a trip when my parcel arrived. I tried to share the parcel to my wife so she can pick it up on my behalf but she encountered issues and can't make her Postnord app to work to pick up my parcel. At least I was able to come back home to pick it up myself.

The delivery was always timely and package arrived in good shape. However, in many cases where I selected the pick-up box option nearest to my house, it got changed severally and instead got delivered to a different pick-up point farther away from my house where I had to pick up at the cashier.

I am very dissatisfied with the overall system
I am very dissatisfied with the services of PostNord.
After ordering a package through an external company (Temu), I never received the PIN code required to collect my parcel. I then installed the PostNord app and linked it to my phone number and email address, but once again I did not receive any additional information or access details.
Their customer service phone number does not accept international calls, which made it impossible for me to resolve the issue by phone. Even when I finally had the chance to speak with the courier in person, he was unable to help me, despite the fact that we were standing together in front of the parcel locker where my package was located.
Overall, the lack of communication, poor system integration, and limited customer support made this a very frustrating experience. I would not consider this service reliable, especially for international customers.
Lost parcels
It is unbelievable in our business of 30 years this has never happened but now Postnord has lost 2 of our shipments! Not very eager to find out where the parcels might be or maybe stolen in their scanning points. Like I said this has never ever happened we do not trust Postnord at all !
