Service changes addresses without notifying client

Post Scan mail closed the office without notifying us a couple years ago - we most likely lost donations because of it. Recently they moved our PMB again without notifying us. This time at least it went to the same building and seems to mostly be getting to the new box but we were disappointed not to be notified. Also, it can take a long time to get an item scanned after requesting a scan.

The service is easy to use and helpful but multiple times we have requested shipping or shredding services that we were billed for but we're not completed.

The BEST Mail Forwarding Service

I've been very satisfied since day one! PostScan is the BEST mail forwarding service I've ever used. When mail arrives, I'm always promptly notified. If I ask for a scan, it's usually done the same day or early the following day. If I ask for forwarding it is usually sent within hours. Best of all, nothing has ever been "lost" as with other services I've used. The staff is always helpful and ready to answer any questions I might have.

She wouldn't give me a detailed accounting of my bill. She repeatedly quoted canned responses to not answering the question I was asking.

The Great Biased Company

At the time of signing up, it was clearly stated that there would be no subscription fee for California-based addresses. However, I have now noticed that fees are being deducted from my account despite this understanding.

To better understand the situation, I spoke with several peers and colleagues who are also based in California and use your service. They confirmed that they are not being charged any subscription fees. This inconsistency is concerning and gives the impression that my account may be treated differently without a clear explanation.

I kindly request a detailed clarification on the following:

Why are subscription fees being applied to my account
The specific terms or conditions that justify these charges

PostScan Mail does not offer free plans for any location — including California — nor have we ever advertised or promoted a subscription-free option for any region. Our plans and pricing are clearly outlined on our website and apply equally to all customers regardless of their location.

We understand you may have spoken with others who believe they are not being charged, but we can assure you that all active PostScan Mail accounts are on a paid plan. It's possible there may be some confusion with another virtual mail service provider that does offer location-based or promotional free tiers — however, that is not a pricing structure we offer.

They never lose your mail

They never lose your mail. Customer service is quick. The website is a little hinky with the open and scan feature and using the check box. The sequence of clicks needs to be changed. It is non intuitive. You click the box first- then open and scan but subsequent box checks are lost.
