Pothek 

After reading previous reviews, I was having second thoughts about making a purchase from Pothek. But, they had the cheapest price compared to every other company and the shipping is free. I placed the order on April 1 and the package arrived on April 4. The product I purchased was four containers of Vitalabs Super Carb Carbohydrate Powder (2.2 lbs). Would definitely order the same product again from this company.

Pothek.com (owned by HDI Commerce) had an item at a very low price, which I purchased via PayPal (glad I did). Two days after the the ship date without receiving any sort of update, I requested tracking information, and I was told that it had been upgraded to two-day shipping and that it would ship in two days. Seven days later, I requested an update again, and I was told that the item was on backorder. They said that the item had been available (at the time of purchase) either at Pothek or at their supplier, which was why it was shown on the site. They gave me the option of a refund, and I decided to wait for it to be available. Six days later, I saw that the item was available on their site, and sent an email asking if it was now available to ship to me. No response... Four days later, I requested a response again. No response... Four days after that, I demanded a refund. No response... and nothing in my spam mailbox. Now two days later, I've opened a case with PayPal to get my refund. Do I need to say that this is an unreliable and most likely fraudulent seller? The item is still available on their site as well as through other sites (sold by HDI Commerce), such as Rakuten.com and HDI's other site, healthdesigns.com. They take your money, don't ship, and don't give your money back without a fight.

I ordered my product because it was organic and no where else had it cheaper. I chose the standard free shipping of 2-8 days which was a fantastic deal. Yet, a month later I finally received my product. I am not disappointed with the product whatsoever but I am very disappointed in the length it took to get my order into shipping. My order stayed "In Progress" (which meant waiting to be shipped out of the warehouse) for a month. The delivery only took three days but the amount of time my order sat in the warehouse makes me think twice about ordering again from Pothek.

Received order promptly, no issues. I've ordered here before, and always a pleasure to work with them.

I recently purchased an item for my wife's birthday. The price was good and it said there were free returns.. so why not. The item didn't work properly out of the box. I know this is not the fault of Pothek, but doing nothing about responding to my customer service emails is. I have written to them three times. Nothing. I searched up and down on their website trying to figure out how to return an item with no luck. I can't find anything on their site about returning something!! Frustrated and disappointed. I will stick to buying things on Amazon. Even if they are a little more expensive. At least they have easy returns and answer their customer service emails.

Your prices are amazing, and you shipped my order very fast. Also, I love your selection of products. I most likely will be buying more things from you in the near future.

Two weeks after order account reflects "Payment Review", no shipment made, does not answer phone or emails. Filed claim at paypal which naturally takes forever to recoup funds held by this company that is the worst I have ever encountered online shopping. Total crap of an excuse for a business. They should be outlawed from fraudulently taking people's money.

I have made several orders now. Each time I've ordered I have received fresh products. The shipping is always very quick and the shipping info with tracking has always been made available promptly. Not to mention the total purchase price can't be beaten! THANKS POTHEK.COM!

Reading other reviews saying that shipping took long made me skeptical, but the item I needed was a great price so I took a risk and ordered anyways. It's my first time buying a product from them and I got my item in four days. Free shipping, no tax.. can't beat that.

I was worried after reading past reviews, everyone talk about terrible shipping experiences. I was not in a hurry and the price was great so i said what the heck. I ordered my items on 3/17/14. Item was shipped 3/18/14 and delivered on 3/20/14. Great service and price, I will order again!!

So i ordered an item March 3.It still hasn't shipped one week later. So I finally get them on the phone and they say that they are waiting for an order from their supplier and it should ship out that week. Another week goes by and its March 18.The product still hasn't shipped so I just canceled the order. The product was listed as in stock but they didn't even have it. And they should have notified me of these issues. I will never order from this company again.

I ordered on a Tuesday and chose standard shipping. I got an estimated delivery time on that next Monday which was fine. My order showed up 4 days later on Saturday. Great job Pothek!!! I just placed another order.

I have ordered and then re-ordered from Pothek and was very happy. The shipping can take a bit longer than some companies but it is always free so I would not complain. I received the best price I could find anywhere on the internet or in stores AND I got free shipping. How can you beat that? I am a very happy customer and will continue to use Pothek whenever possible!

Items not in stock. Company orders items after customer places order. Customer service doesn't know if or when order will be shipped. I won't return.

I cannot tell you how the products are as I have never received them. I order Mar 1 and have not received anything from them. I attempted to log in today and the internet (as well as my ipad) state there is something wrong with the site. I can go to any page but the account and login pages. I decided to call them to see if I could figure out what was going on since I have no way to check my status and when called, during business hours listed on the site, I got "there is no one to answer your call right now please try back at another time." I am feeling this is not a legit business and/or has gone out of business. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I do not know if the positive reviews are from real customers or from so called employees but I would not use this site. Luckily my CC has not been charged and I am going to notify them to not accept any charges from this company seeing I ordered over 2 weeks ago and have no way to reach them. Please also note they got by several other business names as well... bodybuilidingwarehouse.com is just one (the only one that had the exact phone number and address). The others just listed the city and state and a phone number almost exactly like pothek.com.

I got exactly what I expected and, for free shipping it was rather fast.

Despite some unfavorable reviews, I decided to give this company a try. I received exactly what I ordered. It was well packaged, arrived quickly, and there timely corresponse via email with my order. I'm happy with my order and would recommend this company.

shipping was excellent I cant believe that the shipping was quick because I choosen free shipping I expect it to come in 2 week but I ordered on sunday. they shipped it on Monday then I got it today on Saturday I love pothek. i well recommend pothek. low price . free shipping. quick shipping. you can`t go wrong!
