I ordered ten packs of the Nic Nac Spearmint 6mg from Pouch King International, and what I received was an absolute disgrace. Every single pack I got was past its expiration date — all ten of them.

The shock didn’t end there. I reached out immediately by email to report the issue and file a complaint, and I’ve been completely ignored. No reply, no explanation, no attempt to fix the problem.

Selling expired consumable products is unacceptable, and as far as I understand, it may even violate consumer protection laws. The fact that they don’t respond to customer complaints only makes the situation worse.

I expected a simple, legitimate transaction. Instead, I got outdated products and radio silence. This experience has completely destroyed my trust in this company. I strongly advise others to think twice before ordering.

Delivery was very fast, only 1 of 5 nicotine free crystal vapes was working… The others taste like burned coils…

Can I ask a question for any experts out there , why do these pouch companies use chemical flavourings where one could argue that the safety of using such is debatable , I don't care what so called governing bodies say about these flavourings/additives been fit for human consumption , why can't these pouch companies use natural organic flavourings ???

They had a deal (1 € for klint mint) so i ordered 25 of them, but did not get any! I only got the more expensive ones (5-10 units). They send me a message that they were out of stock, and gave me a gift card for 25€. I replied that i want my money back - and they did not answer me nor gave me my 25€ ! Avoid this company if possible!!!

The delivery to Finland costs 25€ so i basically I lost a lot of money, because other companies offer a free delivery.

They didn´t have the product I ordered, so i told them to cancel, because it was not going to arrive in time. They took more than a week to tell me they didn´t have it, and completely ignore my request to cancel even though I contact them twice for this matter. 3 weeks later, when I no longer need the product, they sent me notice for shipment. Very bad customer service, it´s better to buy from a different company.

Great variety of pouches, my order was shipped on the same day and delivered the next (Czech Republic to Italy). Found a free extra can in the package as well.

I meant to place an order, but there is no longer free delivery for orders over €175. and UPS freight is expensive.

I ordered some Snus during the easter holidays and had to wait a while because of the off days, but they were nice enough to put an extra package in there for me and it arrived within 5 days of me ordering. Will definitely order again!
