I have been ordering from poweraddmall for about a year now ... I have never had an issue with any product that I have ordered and I order a lot!!! I have had to use customer once for a package I did not receive (it was NOT their fault)!!! They were extremely pleasant and helpful, come to find out the mail carrier returned my package because I had moved with no forwarding address (((((NO I DIDNT))))) I am STILL in the same place and same address for 10 years now ... I would not have known had I not contacted customer service and was giving the tracking number to track that particular package ... They have amazing products and great discounts ... I will be a customer for life!

Poweraddmall is a great place to shop for anything you really need if you haven't shopped with them yet you might want to they have great prices and their products are great quality. They treat their customers very very well I've never dealt with a company that has great customer service like poweradd. I would recommend poweraddmall to everyone my family my friends, my neighbors, co-workers etc... If you want a great deal head on over to power at mall and give yourself an amazing products

Absolutely amazing products the people are very friendly and will you right away if you have questions. I had a order get lost in the mail someone contacted me back right away sent me the same order right away with express shipping.

I have bought many items from this store and all have been fantastic! The come packaged tightly so your item will not come damaged. Customer Service is very accommodating. Whether it be a question, a return, or tracking they will find you an answer. The store has a variety of products from houseware to tools. One of my favorite online stores!

I have been with Poweraddmall about a year, and yes I was sucked in by the free gifts but soon realized that they are a great company with competitive pricing quick shipping and awesome customer service, so I chose to continue using them and I am glad I did. I feel like a family member not just their clientele,they have fun activities for the group that can land them prizes and not cheap one the prizes are items that they sell they are so caring, attentive and generous not to mention family oriented. This is the company for you if you don't want to wait for weeks to receive your purchases. I can't see myself using another online seller because I know they stand behind their products. I think if you give them a try you'll end up a loyal lifetime customer just as I did. I love this company and have been doing business with them for over a year. I have ordered several products for myself as well as for gifts. I purchased a bluetooth speaker for my granddaughter to give to her as a birthday gift. Upon arrival, the speaker did not work and I contacted the company. by email with a video and pictures along with an explanation of what was wrong with the product to let them know. I had purchased several of these speakers previously for myself and others so I knew it was a wonderful product. Not only did their customer service respond quickly to resolve my issue in a very courteous and professional manner, but they also apologized for the inconvenience and offered to refund my purchase or replace the product for me. They send a free gift every now and again, but I stick around for the quality of products and customer service. I love seeing the live games and enjoy the excitement they share with all of us each and every day. PowerAddMall has the best quality and craftsmanship I've been able to find across the board. Great General Merchandise and pet products!!! Highly highly recommend!!
