I been buying products from Poweraddmall and the sister groups for over a year now. If I ever have problems, their support will help. I love the Live shows for Poweraddmall with Cici, Jojo, and now Mila. These ladies are so much fun. They also have some fun games for their fans to play. I love Poweraddmall.

I have been dealing with this company for almost 2 years I have gotten many products from them and I have enjoyed every one of them. I have only had one issue when a product stopped working and they replaced it immediately. The customer service is incredible and the products are fantastic. I have given them as gifts and have had great response from the gift. I cant say enough about how great this company is 5 stars is not quite enough in my opinion

I have purchased some great items from the poweradd mall and have had great customer service from the company as a whole. I love my security camera. If there is an issue, they have great customer service. Shipping is fast and once in a while it takes a bit longer than stated, but generally faster than stated. There are sometime gift cards for items that I want and that is helpful also.

I have been making purchases from Poweraddmall for over 5 months and I am extremely satisfied with the quality of all my items. They always arrive on time and even early once. It is easy to track your packages and customer service is top notch. I received a product that was damaged in transit and was immediately sent a replacement. They always have great deals and specials that keep me coming back. I definitely recommend this company and their products. They have gained a customer for life and I feel good about recommending my friends and family to their store too.

The best customer service you can find anywhere! I purchased some candles that come in glass containers and usps delivered my package that looked like it got into a fight and lost....I contacted them and showed them the pictures of how my package arrived and how my candle had been obliterated they replaced my broken items fast! Any time I have a question its answered in a timely manner they are kind and courteous and make sure their customers are satisfied. They have products like electronics, homegoods like toilet paper, kitchen utensils, toys for children, jewelry, beauty products like blenders and sponges, candles, in my opinion they have a nice selection of products and the best customer service experience! Seeing is believing,their website has a chat option if you have any questions or concerns about any item in the store send them a message and they will be more then happy to assist you!
