Terrible - avoid!

highly misleading offering and they quickly increased my costs so significantly. I tried 3 times to talk to them to try to find a resolution and every time was told very rude and condescendingly that it was my fault. So I went back to check the agreement from when I joined and as I expected it differed significantly from the rates and fees they were charging me.
I submitted a formal complaint and received a call from the “compliance manager” who actually yelled at me on the phone, told me she was not interested in any attempt to help, and told me if I didn’t like it I should leave. so I have.
I have the most remarkable recording of this call and Powerclub should be very ashamed of their response (and grateful that I haven’t posted it).
I highly warn everyone away from this company.
