Disappointing
Ordered two times. All in all disappointing experience. High premium 1 oz silver coin (90 Euro) from MINT XXI had a milk spot. I got it replaced after I had to pay for the shipping. After my purchases I had vouchers for a couple hundred Euro, when I tried to use them for a new purchase, they were already expired. My fault. But I would never ever order here again. The bad experience with the expired vouchers saved me a few thousands Euro for the new purchase. So in the end I'm happy.
comments on respond: Thank you for that, but that's what I already tried. Chat with customer service about the vouchers. The employee contacted a manager and the response was: "No." What you are offering here in the comments is not what you offer in reality.

I definitely confirm that a voucher for a returned item should never expire, cause this is your money, it is different from a Loyalty Points voucher, which is a gift from us and follows other rules.
