I believe this product is a good product, have an excellent advertising and look like secure; the website is good beautiful and easy to process the order.

Why does it take so long for shipment, at price of shipment you would think it could ship over nite. Not 2 to 3 weeks as stated by the people answering the phone..

I was soooo fed up with the continued sales pitches to buy this and that, that after almost 30 minutes later, yep thirty minutes I flat hung up!!! I didn't care if I got the stupid pressure cooker or not! That's how irritated I was with the sales pitches to buy more stuff. By doing that I'm sure in the future when people start to hear the sales pitches that go on and on and on and on they'll never call to order anything ever again. I know I won't! I hope the pressure cooker is much better the the irritating sales pitches you do on the phone. And I do not like the automated phone calls, I would much prefer talking to a human being! One more reason to never buy another item over the phone!

Your a little early with your request Trustpilot on 8/21. I haven't received my powerpressure cooker yet, but I've been telling everyone about it and they can't believe what I tell them. I'm very excited about receiving it. I'm a good cook, and I look forward to using this unit a lot. It will be nice to use at church when there are so many to feed - and food can be prepared so quickly. That's why I bought two.
It's now 9/7 Trustpilot and I've changed my rating for I haven't yet received my powerpressure cooker. It's sad such an exciting product is so poorly managed. I ordered my product via their website. There was no problem there.

I was very disappointed with the phone call. They were asking way to many questions and trying way to hard to get a person to spend more money. They should send info with the product and let a person read it at there own time. I would not tell anyone to order this on the phone

If there's no problem with shipping speed then u will give this company 5 stars, quick, easy transaction!

All I wanted was to order the pressure cooker I wasn't interested in all the other hype..This experience has soured me on ordering over the phone..

I could not stop the computer from entering what you don't want. I kept saying No, No, No! and nothing happened and they have shipped and I will probably be shipping it right back to them.

I have not received my order at this time.

the day after I bought one it showed up on the internet 20.00 dollars cheaper and no shipping . what gives will the company stand behind this ad . that would save me about 50.00 dollars

I'm only reviewing the ordering process since I have not seen the pressure cooker.
I placed the order 4 days ago. The a Money came out of my account yesterday. As of today I have not received confirmation of shipment, only an email asking me to review. I order about 95% of my online purchases with Amazon. I know I would have had my item by now if it was availilble on Amazon.

I found the instructions easy to understand. With a family as busy as mine we either didn't have time or was too tired to cook. Now we can have sunday dinner on a wednesday!

Would love to help out with a review, but four days after ordering it....it hasn't even shipped yet. Much longer and I'll be calling to cancel. Its a shame because the advertisement makes it seem like a very nice appliance.

Where is my order? I got an e-mail saying that you received my order, but I have not heard anything since. No e-mails saying my product has shipped or anything. I haven't received the product yet, and you want to have me write a review about it? What is wrong with this picture?

It is notnice to have to stay for almost 30 minutes at the phone just to order a product and to be hosted from a mashine, tiryng to sell us more and more items, plus its really tricky, you cAn´t really understand what they are offering.

About the customer service: The people sound like the maschine. Absolutly cold and repeting like from a book, coldest people I ever had in a customer service line.

I didnt receive my Pressure cooker yet but I am hoping it is good and not like the service, very poor if not bad.

I haven't received it yet and you charged me the full price. I did not get the opportunity to pay monthly advertised payments of ( $33.95 ) What happened to that !!!!!! I hope your product lives up to what your advertised it to do.

well I bought this because I seen it says you can save time in the kitchen instead of boiling water or frying things on the stove you just put whatever you want to cook into the pot set the timer and go do something else and it when done you have a meal ready to eat now I'm just waiting for it to come in

The ordering process was not a pleasant experience it was so nerve racking..I did not enjoy talking to a recording device and it just went on and on about specials. trying to sell me things i don't want or need.

as they have run the charge thru my credit card already and have not sent cooker...I think my leaving any kind of a positive review would be premature...don't you.
